La Empanada Buen Provecho is the BEST empanada spot in FRESNO. If you want to taste genuine and possibly the best empanada you will ever have, I highly recommend you visit this food truck. The owner is so cheerful & friendly. He is very welcoming and kind to EVERYONE. Even let’s you sample while you wait. The empanadas are crispy, tasty, and fried to perfection. 5 stars easily!!!

I have been 4 times in the last 2 months. I love empanadas, every week there is a special empanada. The owner is very friendly and kind. He likes to venture and invent new fillings for empanadas!! It's a streetfood must!!

This place is great. The owner is a stand up guy and backs his food up with a guarantee. I believe his name was ray. The empanada was not too big but neither was the prices. I had two and it was enough. I had the chorizo and the beef empanada's and they were both good. The chorizo was better tho, the sauce was a nice touch for that added flavor.

Vegetarian options: They have veggie empanada and a potato empanada.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's a food truck...
