Food is really good.
More of a take out place but totally worth it.
Wastage of money, too much salt
Extremely Disappointed — Loyal Customer Let Down
I’ve been a loyal customer since this restaurant opened. My family has supported them every weekend for years. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed the quality and customer service have been declining for some time now, but today was the last straw.
Not only were the plates not full, but the food was also served at room temperature — definitely not fresh or hot like it used to be. When I asked for chili sauce, the owner was extremely rude and insisted on charging 75 cents each. I explained that I had already paid for two meals, but instead of handling it politely, she continued to be dismissive and rude.
It’s really disappointing and hurtful to be treated this way as a loyal customer. I’ve supported this business for years, but it feels like they no longer value their customers. The only reason I’m even giving one star is because there’s no option to give zero.
The lady was so nice
I love La Kitchen and will still continue to go, but I got the papaya salad today and I almost felt sick after a few bites. I don’t know what it was. I don’t know if they didn’t wash and sanitize their mortar and pestle properly. It had this odor and aftertaste of raw pork or pork that’s gone bad. And I know they use fermented fish sauce, but this was stronger than the fish sauce. I know what Lao/thai food tastes like. I had to throw it out and takeout be expensive these days too…
Got the 12A beef and pork($21). Overall wasn't great for me. The beef bone is so tough to pull the meat off I didn't bother, ( I give my dogs these bones). The pork turned out to be deep fried pork skin, I thought was the red pork meat otherwise would have passed. Menu doesn't list everything in the bowl such as the tripe, I would have excluded that. I probably got 1 or 2 small bits of beet slices in the bowl so the meat balls was the most meat I got edible. I might try a different dish but pass on the pho dishes in the future
This place is such a treat! The portions are generous, the food is absolutely delicious, and you can tell it’s made with care. Totally worth the drive — an experience you’ll want to come back for!
Amazing customer service and great food highly recommend there pho n kapoon
Makes me wish i lived in fresno! Visalia Location Needed!
I ordered the pad Thai and thought it was alittle pricy, but then I eat the food and it was so good. I had the Thai with crispy pork. Hands down best in town. I'd buy it again

The food is great and very affordable. The only thing I don’t love is having to order before sitting down. Other than that, it’s a convenient spot for a quick bite!

This place food is so bad I wouldn’t eat it even if it was free lol they also charge you a lot for tiny little portions of food idk how they are still in business or who keeps coming back because I never will they don’t even have real plates they just use plastic bowls
Workers will put you on hold and keep taking other customers orders then just hang up on you. Lost a weekly customer. Food quality went down the drain with the service.

Don't buy their steamed egg. I just bought mine and the egg is overcooked. I had to toss it away, wasting my $4.99...
