We went here last night with a large party of 11 after dinner. They were very accommodating and friendly. Wed will definitely be back. For the people complaining about the prices not being posted - simply ask!! I had better service here than at some of the high priced fancy restaurants..

My family and I went here tonight 6/28 and received the worst service. We got there an hour before they closed and already said the bathrooms were closed. The people who helped you were very rude had no good customer service stills at all. There are screens but with no menu.. When asked what they serve they stated that they have a menu online. I would not even give them one star. I do not recommend this place at all and will not be returning.

The ice cream is amazing! There are soooo many options. The location is beautifully designed and very clean. The customer service was top notch. They allowed me to be the ten year old I felt like. Definitely need to come back to try out additional flavors. Thank you!

I was really looking forward to enjoying some ice cream, but the experience was completely ruined by the staff (young dude) rude attitude. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The person behind the counter acted like I was bothering them b y just placing an order. No greeting, no smile, and when I asked a simple question about flavors, I got a sarcastic, dismissive response.
It’s one thing to be busy — it’s another to be flat-out disrespectful. Customer service matters, especially in a place meant to be fun and family-friendly. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this shop
The best Mexican ice cream best 2 things to get is mango with watermelon ice cream and hot Cheeto Corn
