We have been to different locations and this one is the one we like the most. They are helpful and very friendly. The snacks and ice creams are delicious! They have lots of flavors. Also they have lots of ice cream in a lollipop. They have lots of spicy and sour snacks as well. We love the tostilocos! They have tostitos, jicama, cucumber, mango, Japanese peanuts, some tamarind candy, with some chamoy, chile powder and tapatío!! Mouth watering right? They also have traditional banana split, they make it Big and the ice cream y it's supper yummy. They have chicolate abuelita ice cream as well. The place is big enough with plenty of seats. You need to come and try some of their snacks. You will love them.

I just went in to ask for change to fill up my water outside and the women working the morning shift on 11/26/23 @ 11am was very rude to me saying no she couldn't which is understandable since I didn't buy anything so I thought okay I'll buy something and asked how much the chips to which she relied $4 so I said no thank you and then she started saying something in Spanish and I reply I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish and then she replies back oh I don't speak a lot of English to which I reply oh I'm sorry are you the only employee working here to which she says no so I say we'll would you mind getting them so they can help me please and she says NO! I'm shaking with adrenaline at this point and see the soda and just ask her if I can buy that and she says no again!! And I'm like please I'm sorry I just need to break my 20 so I can get the water outside at the water mill. As soon as another customer shows up her whole attitude changes and she instantly goes to get me the soda and proceeds to check me out being slightly rider on a passive aggressive behavior. While leaving I open the soda and it exploded!!! All over me I'm highly disappointed

They advertise several specials but they charge more than the prices on their screens. They try to act like it’s the taxes but it’s not true, they charge the tax on top of the overcharged price. They are never nice, they don’t smile and it seems that they don’t like it when anyone comes in. If they are so unhappy they should shut down. To top it off their ice cream tastes watered down.
Sothis place advertises some English on the outside however when you walk inside you're totally ignored if you don't look Hispanic. So being a gringo I walked out and certainly will post a review. I don't care if you want to have everything in whatever language but I do expect some level of common decency when I walk in unless you put up a sign that states no Habla Ingles.

The ice cream was good. The wait staff needs to learn how to greet customers. They were unpleasant. The bathroom was filthy. When I asked for paper towels they acted like I was not speaking their language. I don’t think I will bring my family here again. I like to support my neighborhood. Your staff makes it very difficult.
