Says they close at 10PM got there at 9:00PM they locked the doors and didn’t allow me in… change your hours if you do close at 9 and if you didn’t you shouldn’t be closing an hour early.

I ordered a fruit and the fruit was already very bad in flavor as if spoiled. It's not fair that they sell things like that. I wanted to call to complain but they don't have a phone number.VERY BAD SERVICE!!!I wouldn't even give a STAR BUT THAT'S NOT ON OPTION!!!

I'm giving it 2 stars because I did like how it's all bright colors it's environment is engaging makes you want to come in. Unfortunately I can't say much about the taste and/or items because I wasn't able to try it. Unfortunately, they only almost always only have 2 people working and it's busy. This location in particular does have a good set up of a "line". The interior is nice with tables and booths but the only informational signs of where to order and checkout are in the ceiling, which "order" is placed in a small corner and hardly any space for an actual line to start. This was the only downside I can notice. And no one really knows who's next because of how crowded it gets. I've included a picture of the menu tho. Right where the menu is, that corner, is literally the "line".

This location is Absolutely STUNNING ? The beautiful variety of colors and decorations makes the vibe So cool and UPBEAT ??? THEY HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF ICE CREAM IT WAS SO HARD TO CHOOSE FROM ! They have an outstanding menu and Great service! I purchased an esquite & 3 scoops of ice cream ! It was so delicious ?!! They had great customer service, and store was clean!

Summer started this week here and let me say we felt it today.Located in the same parking lot of Vallarta on Clinton and Weber is this little gem of all kinds of crazy Mexican craved ice cream...The owners of this company know what they are doing and put a lot of work into this little shop.The line was so long and I'm usually not patient waiting but the way the place is set up there was something to look at everywhere I looked.The vibe was great!I paid attention to the people and everybody was having a great time.Only problem was the server was really young and wasn't bubbly and when we paid she gave me my change and walked away.We reached over and grabbed our ice cream from behind the register...Other than that it all turned out pretty good for us.My family was satisfied and happy!We will be back to give it another try very soon...Happy Summer!
