Can’t complain about the food because overall that was the only good thing about the place. The customer service was poor, they had no urgency to deliver good service nor to speed it up knowing their line was building up because of how slow they were assisting. Both employees seemed they didn’t even want to work nor be there.

People must have spending money to come here! 7.99 for a small 6oz Mangoneada. And 12.99 for a small tostiloco. Plus a 4% fee for using a card. What are they using, dial up? I'm going to make my own darn tostiloco; although mine won't be gourmet 😉

Very very poor customer service, literally the second time I’ve had to experience poor service at this location only. & it being I didn’t even get attended too, once I did the chick had rude manners & I left immediately. Never going to this location again.

Estuvimos llendo por varios días y todo muy bien hasta que nos tocó una mala experiencia con una persona mujer que nos atendió .. pésimo servicio o ella no escucha o no entiende ni inglés ni español se le habló de las dos formas se habló con el gerente. Le pedimos unos tostielotes y nos dio tostilocos le dijimos y ella dijo que nos daría lo que pedimos con muy mal modo y dijo que nos quedáramos con los tostilocos equivocados y después nos los queria cobrar se los devolvimos los aventó ala basura el punto es que podíamos pagar pero la mala atención no solo de ella si no del encargado. Jamás volveremos

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get a strawberry banana pecan yogurt, which I’ve bought many times before and usually loved. I paid $13 for it—only to take a bite and immediately realize it was spoiled. Even as they were serving it, I noticed the texture looked different than usual thicker, almost curdled but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. The yogurt had a sour, off-putting taste that was clearly not fresh. I’ve been a loyal customer and have had this exact yogurt many times, so I know what it’s supposed to taste and look like. Sadly, this experience has made me question the quality control here. Definitely not what I expected, and I’m not sure I’ll be back.
They have the best Popsicles and best fruit ice you'll ever find. I have no idea how it's made. Like a thick creamy smoothie, without cream. Just fruit and ice, maybe gelatin? Anyway, fabulous and dairy free. They make it fresh there, I asked. Also have fruit cups with chamoy and regular ice cream and toppings.
