When I asked for recommendations for some coffee beans, the gentleman at the store was ready to give me a lecture. Everything from what beans were used and how they were roasted, when they were roasted and when the peak taste would be, he knew his product inside out. As a casual coffee enthusiast, most of the information went right above my head but nonetheless his passion was palpable. It’s not everyday that you find someone who is truly passionate about their craft. Two thumbs up!

Lanna coffee is so good! I stumbled upon it being sold in the Costco on Blackstone and decided to give it a try. I have no complaints! For just about $3 above other name brands, I can support a local business that sources their product ethically. Can't think of a better deal than that. I have made really yummy oat milk iced lattes, as well as hot coffees with the beans. I'd definitely recommended getting yourself a bag.

Unfortunately, I found out after a drive into downtown that this is NOT a cafe, they do not have coffee drinks. It's a roaster and they sell beans and coffee accessories. But I was not disappointed because I had a good conversation with the guy who came out to greet me and tell me more about what they do. He was very nice and genuine. I happily purchased a couple bags of beans from him. Would love to see them with a cafe attached to their roaster warehouse one day!

Picked up a bag of light roast in-store today as looking for a new domestic US bean supplier for our household, and omg their coffee is amazing, hands down the best coffee I’ve had so far in America.Lanna have a great range of roasts and beans available, especially for light to medium which is my preference from UK.The guy who served me this morning was super friendly and knowledgeable, he knew my home setup and ever offered phone support for when the new espresso machine arrives this week.Despite only having had 1 coffee from a 350g bag so far before writing this review, I already know these guys are my go-to for exceptional coffee beans whist living in the States; 10/10.. see you next week!

I used my Hario V60 to brew the Lanna "Artisan". Delicious to the senses! I picked up butterscotch the first round and second time I could sense the lime and brown sugar. It's just a great coffee.

COVID sucks. It took the life of a friend's uncle. The friend lives in Fresno. I do not. I asked some locals for coffee recommendations to send fresh beans to the friend who was grieving. What could be better than a surprise delivery -- and something she can use to brighten every morning in this difficult time? Lanna was on the recommendation list. They offer *free* local delivery, and on the order I put a note about what was happening. They handwrote my message to my friend, delivered it to her door, and she was so moved. Oh -- and the beans I ordered also benefit a local children's hospital. I cannot recommend this place enough, for going above and beyond to brighten a friend's day and also donating to charity while doing so. I hope some day to thank them in person.

Their Bold blend from Costco was one of the best coffees I've ever had. I did just purchase a Burr Grinder so that may have had something to do with it, but either way, I've not had a coffee like it yet. I am impressed and plan on purchasing more!

I ordered my new Hario pour over set up from Lanna, and love it! Order from them! Not only did they deliver it to my doorstep the same day, they threw in a bag of their more expensive roast for free (which was delicious)! The price was comparable to other online sites, and I could trust I was getting an authentic product. Plus supporting local! Follow their directions on their blog for a perfect pour over!

Recently went to Thailand on our honeymoon; specifically, we spent a few days in Chiang Mai. I fell in love with the coffee produced there! Thai coffee beans are not common among American roasters and shipping costs from Thai roasters are not feasible for an individual consumer. To my delight, I stumbled upon Lanna Coffee Co and learned that they shipped to Chicago. I had to place an order, and I'm so glad I did! Their coffee exceed all expectations, it's phenomenal! When brewed in a V60 their single origin coffees bring me straight back to Thailand! Will be ordering again!
