Took my girls there 10/22, walk inside and only the young cashier at the counter. There was a mom and daughter sitting eating their food and a customer walk to grade a drink. She never knowledge us, we were just standing at the door for a good 3+ more minutes and we just went to sit ourselves. I should have taking that as a sign or bad sign and walk out but my girls were hungry. Half way eating and I noticed a roach crawling on the window next to my daughter. After seeing that I lost my appetite. The food was not tasty before that too and after seeing the roach I just feel like pewking.

I don't understand the 3.5 star average because this place is definitely worth of 4.5 stars. It's a small family-owned/operated neighborhood restaurant. The outward appearance of the place is very unassuming and humble. The food is delicious. When we were eating there, we saw several large family groups come in. This is definitely a place for regulars to come eat. We ordered the fried rice, pork egg rolls, chicken green curry with jasmine rice, hot tea, and Vietnamese iced coffee. All was very flavorful. The rice portion was large enough for 2 meals, a difficult feat for any restaurant to accomplish as my partner has a huge appetite. My curry was neither too spicy nor too plain. The eggplant was so soft. All the flavors paired nicely with the jasmine rice. The egg rolls were average-nice and crunchy without much meat in them. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and found the prices to be reasonable. I will definitely go back soon whenever I am in the mood for Thai food.

Dine in last Saturday afternoon around 4-5pm and to my surprise there was nobody dining in to eat there. As me and my sister sat down and order our food, that's when people started coming in to order but only for take out. The restaurant had good air circulation and fan going through so it wasn't hot inside, so definitely that was a bonus! I didn't take any pictures of the food we order to dine in or for takeout but most of the food was good. Order the pad kee mao and kapoon for dine in and I can say that the pad kee mao was the star. The chicken in the kapoon tasted kinda tough and not tender, broth was good but the chicken didn't taste that great. I also order for takeout too, which I order pad kra pao pork belly, fried chicken wings, and fried quail. The fried chicken wings was so delicious/flavorful and it was still crispy even after I got home. I like savory food but the pad kra pao was super salty! If they can tone down on the salt they use for the pad kra pao it would've been better. Fried quail was decent. Overall, I would come back here but now I'm aware on certain dishes to stay away from.

I used to come here a lot when it was the old owners but since covid hit and the owner changed I haven’t. Today was my first time and I wasn’t disappointing at all. The Thai boat was bomb. I ordered pad kee mao to go and it was bomb too. I love that it wasn’t full of veggies. It was a good amount of noodles to veggies. The owner is super friendly. Definitely be going back.

Do not buy the Nam van there! The sugar and coconut milk were watered down. Tapioca balls looked old. Wasted $4 on this.

To me, it's a grab and go spot so I'm going to rate according to my grab and go experience. I'm currently sick with Covi so I called in an order and sent my husband to pick it up (I'm quarantined.) We ordered 2 chicken and sticky rice packs, 1 steamed catfish, 1 order of egg rolls, and 1 beef intestines soup. To my pleasant surprise, our total was less than I anticipated. With how expensive other places are getting, the prices here are fair and comparable to other grab and go spots in this area. My husband said it was easy to find and there's plenty of parking. Overall, despite me having no sense of smell and my tastebuds being dull, it was good for a grab and go spot. We'll be back to try their papaya salad, other soups, and other dishes.
