This place is amazing and the staff is so nice. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. It's small but very classy. Our waitress, Dana, was great and very attentive. She made us laugh and made us feel like family. The food was delicious and well presented. I highly recommend this place for a date or romantic dinner

Tried this place for the first time for my sister’s 21st birthday. Everything we ordered was soooo good. I ordered the salmon with capers entree it was good but a little too salty for me. The staffs were friendly and attentive. The owner even brought out a complimentary risotto for us to try and it was delicious. It was seafood based and had mushrooms and truffle in it. Sooooo good. I can’t wait to go back and eat their yummy food. Definitely one of the best fusion restaurant in Fresno.

Thank you, Merci and Vielen Dank to the amazing staff and chef at L’Aperitif. We just got back from our date night and we are very happy to have chosen this gem of a restaurant. From the moment we set foot in this establishment we knew that this was going to be a great night. And boy were we right. The atmosphere inside is warm and very inviting. It felt very cozy and intimate and we loved the interior decor. The menu featured a lot of unique dishes (mainly French and Italian) and the wine selection was a good mix of domestic and international wines from France and Italy.
We started out with some delicious appetizers (escargot, asparagus and tarte flambee) before ordering our main courses (Salmon with rice pilaf and a lobster risotto). The lobster was a recommendation from our waitress because we couldn’t decide between all the other delightful sounding meals on the menu. I’m happy to report that this was a great decision as the lobster was incredibly tender and the risotto was very creamy and packed with flavor.
At some point I noticed that the owner and I shared common roots in Europe and so we started talking about our past experiences. At the end, he was so incredibly nice that he surprised us by preparing two main courses from our European home region and giving them to us for free. This was such a nice gesture and really meant a lot to me. All in all, this restaurant is well worth a visit and we’ll definitely come back in the future!

Omg this place is amazing. Such a hidden gem. The people there are so nice. The food is spectacular. Honestly sad this pace has been open for a couple years and only finding it now. Had the tomahawk steaks and they were amazing. We ordered a bit of everything and every dish was perfection.

A French restaurant exists within Fresno! We tried the Pasta Bolognese with ground Filet Mignon, Chicken Aux Champione, and meatballs with potatoes au Fromage. Food was good. Noi was very welcoming, friendly, and generous. The atmosphere was very romantic and I liked the background music too.

The experience was really bad. The food was awful, waitress did her best in a bad situation. I will never return to eat nor ever recommend anyone to go there for a meal. The restaurant was hot the entire time of our dining. There were 4 of us in our party. I found no food group to be French, but rather an infusion of Asian food being largely chicken.
