I placed an order to go. The cash register girl forgot about my order after about almost a whole hour. I finally had to get up and ask what was going after watching multiple ppl get there orders before me. She laughed about it like it’s something funny. Worst experience for coming my first time. Please use a Differnt register girl as this one tends to be to busy laughing with everyone in the back and not paying attention to orders.

It was okay, the food was plain and small potions. Clean place, the only thing I really enjoyed was the horchata.

Other than no sit down service. It's a great place to visit. But parking limited especially if your in a wheelchair. But it's worth the visit. Cafe ollay was great. The chili verde was delicious, moist and beyond tender. After enjoying the beans I realized they were ribs. Made it more delicious. My son had the soaked torta. Hey doesn't finish much but it was gone. Annette had the enchiladas beef. They were thick and worth it.

Food was good but not worth 45 min wait for breakfast or lunch options, staff was nice but food took a long time from the time of order to the time taken to our table.

First visit to this establishment. Ordered two Chilaquiles Deluxe plates and two Café de la Olla. A posted notice indicated that Café de la Olla does not include refills. Upon tasting, the coffee was excessively sweet. I requested to adjust the flavor by adding regular coffee; the cashier informed me this would require an additional charge. After explaining the situation, the cashier maintained the policy.
Total bill was $49.00. Although the food was acceptable, the lack of customer accommodation (specifically, not offering a small adjustment for a new guest) reflects poor service courtesy. Recommend management review customer service and beverage adjustment policies.

The cafe de Olla is the most delicious hot coffee I’ve ever had. The best chilaquiles in Fresno hands down, they always get the texture and red sauce perfect. Most other restaurants don’t use the classic topping's as well and I appreciate that this place does. The location is really cool, be a good fresnan and visit this place downtown.

Had high hopes for this place due to its previous reviews. But, the food was far from it. Waited over 45min for Chilaquiles that were literally some tortilla chips sautéed in sauce and meat with no flavor thrown on top. My wife's order was even worse.

Nice to see old buildings being repurposed because nothing beats the atmosphere and nostalgia

The horchata was excellent along with the chips and salsa. Enchiladas were also good and I really enjoyed their beans.

I expected a restaurant environment but I got a McDonald's type service and environment. The food was not far off a fast Taco place.
