Wow! First time here & the service/management was a 10/10. Food is great too! Atmosphere is cute with the option to sit inside or on the large outdoor patio.

Will definitely be back soon!

I had not been there in a REALLY long time, so long that I don't even remember what I ordered. It was AMAZING. There were 3 of us and we ALL enjoyed our food and the waitress was was great! We would eat there again for sure😊.

The service was great the food was sub-par. Our chicken lettuce wraps was supposed to have a hoison sauce it tasted straight up of fish sauce. The boneless chicken bites were the only thing we thought was good. The burger wasn't even that good for the price. The drinks and service were great.

My wife and I just went to Lazy Dog in Fresno tonight. I got the pulled pork sandwich and my wife got the shrimp taco. This dinner was fantastic! We loved it.
But even better than the food was the service. Scott and Alejandra were our services. They were so friendly and exceeded all of our expectations. They both went above and beyond in meeting our needs. If Lazy Dog has employees of the month, we nominate these two. We will return and ask for these guys again.
Lastly, we came in with an online coupon on our phone. Buy 1 get 1 free. The app did not work. Alejandra got her manager involved. Brittney Montgomery fixed the coupon and we got the deal. Brittney the manager has a fantastic staff which are just following after her example of hospitality and friendliness. Brittney has the best team of service and old fashion service that we just don't see at other places. We felt at home in this restaurant and we will life time customers because of all the love we felt by these people. Brittney should get manager of the year for her personal interaction with her staff and we the customers. Thank y'all and hope to see y'all again very soon.

We had the BEST experience at Lazy Dog in Fresno on Blackstone.
From the welcome at the door, it felt like being welcomed into their home, not a business.
Our server Scott was phenomenal. He was a great waiter, but beyond that is he truly cared about our experience.
We also had a wonderful server, Alejandra, take over when he had to take his break. She was attentive and beyond kind.
Now, what topped the evening was meeting the manager, Brittney Montgomery. The excellence of the staff is most evident after meeting their manager. She clearly leads a team who cares about customer care and enjoyment.
It was a pleasure, and we will return because of them.

I love the drinks they are sooo good and the food, my gf and I got two appetizers two drinks each & Thai noodles!!! All for under $110 bucks WINNING! And the service was great I sat at the bar super intensive beautiful smiley people. I love it

This was the first time we went and enjoyed it. We've been there before and didn't like it. So this time was different for us. Server was great his name was Elijah and food was very good 😃

The service in the bar area is not too good and could be better. We finally got our food, and it was on the cold side. As long as we waited you would have thought it would be hot.

It was eh. Should have gone to Chili's or Red Robbin and paid half the price. Asked for a well-done burger and look at the photo. There was WAY too much blue cheese on my burger. The michelada mix has a bad aftertaste. Tried a bloody mary and same bad taste. 2 drinks and no buzz. Cool place. My waiter was good. My daughters guacamole burger tasted sour or tart. My other daughter loved her pancakes. It's kinda hard to mess up pancakes. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you need to take your dog..... so they can lay on the concrete??? Why?

Went to try Lazy Dog for the first time yesterday and it was a disaster!!! It was nice when we first walked in with the family, didn’t seem too busy but they had a nice crowd.

The lady asked if we wanted a half booth and they can push a table together to make a full one but we opted to wait for a full booth since we had the kids with us. The hostess told us less than 15min so we sat and waited.

During that time a party of 12 came in and a party of 6, we had 5 total and were there before them. 30min later the two parties after us got seated and we kept getting told the table was getting cleaned, after 10 more min we decided to leave and ironically the moment we’re leaving the hostess comes to sit down the family that was walking in as we were leaving which was insane!!

I don’t know if it was intentional or not but the hostess and waiters kept looking over at us like they were stalling or waiting for us to leave or something.

We ended up going to a place in the same plaza that was able to help us quickly and we’re happy to even let us stay a bit after closing for us to enjoy our food after hearing what happened. If you have similar experience. SPRINGLY next to Barnes & Nobles is a great spot
