I really wanted to love this restaurant. The menu looks amazing. The experience wasn't bad, but it could have been so much better. The Poblano Pork looked great, the meat was tender but bland but luckily the sauce was tasty. Sadly, the blue corn tamale was bland also and none of it was to temperature.
