Super bummed that my experience at the Garden Grove locatiom was not good. Went to order a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich x2. Along with a bunch of other items. They gave us breakfast sandwiches that did not match the photo of the sausage link croissant number 90 sandwich. I asked if they would replace the 2 sandwiches. They said yes. Waited and waited. Went back to ask if the sandwiches were done and they started arguing that they had given us sausage sandwiches. Then I asked why they said they would replace them if they were not going to, and they said very rude about it. I will drop a photo of the sandwich photo below. It didn't make sense why they were so angry and rude about it, especially because what they gave was not sausage. I used to recommend them to families staying at Great Wolf Lodge but do NOT recommend them anymore.

My first time at Lee's Sandwiches, and i thought everything was great! I was greeted and waited on right away, the gentleman that helped me was polite, the BBQ pork sandwich was tasty and long, the iced Vietnamese coffee original was so good ( first time trying VC). My bahn mi had a lot of meat on it, and a good amount of vegetables too, the bread tasted fresh. The iced coffee tasted so good, but I paid for it later (jittery), because it ended up being too strong for me I think...I see others complaining about the amount of ice, but Vietnamese coffee needs to be diluted, especially if you arent use to that much caffeine. The place was clean. My order came out to 16 something with a tip included. I was able to park right in front. There is plenty of seating inside, if you wish to dine in, however, I took my order to go.

The service was incredible. The cashier was one of the most friendliest person I have ever met. Extremely friendly and accommodating. I told her that if my business was in the US, I would hire her any day. Food is great. To conclude, worth all my pennies!

Lee’s got the best banh mi in town, no doubt. The bread’s soft but still nice and crispy, and they don’t skimp on the fillings—it’s loaded and super tasty. And the first responder/veteran discount is a nice bonus. Good food and a good deal!

This is a Lee's sandwiches! It's not supposed to be super fancy but it has great bahn mi , is affordable, and is in a convenient location. It's got some seating and lots of light. Service is fast too!

The store is supposed to close at 8 PM. I placed an order for a sea salt coffee at 7:12 PM. They charged me for it, but the drink they gave me was not sea salt coffee. I had the same drink here just a couple of days ago, so I know exactly what it's supposed to taste like — and this wasn't it. When I asked if it was the sea salt coffee, they admitted they were out of the sea salt cream. Why didn’t they tell me before taking my order and charging me for it? That’s basic customer service. If you’re out of a key ingredient, you need to inform customers, not just give them a different drink without saying anything.

On top of that, it was only 7:12 PM, and they had already put chairs up on the tables like they were ready to close. What’s the point of advertising store hours if you’re going to start shutting down almost an hour early?

There was also a Vietnamese guy — who seemed like he might be the store manager — and he clearly didn’t care about customer service at all. He showed no interest in making things right or even acknowledging the issue. If you don’t care about satisfying customer needs, then why even bother running a business in the first place?

I work next door to this location and I learned they now sell Pho! I got the rare steak one and boy was it DELICIOUS! I'll definitely be stopping in more often!

Hey everyone! I just tried Lee’s Sandwiches, and it was absolutely delicious! I had the barbecue pork sandwich with added grilled chicken, and it was packed with meat—so flavorful and satisfying. I’m a fan of mayo, so I got extra, and while cilantro isn’t really my thing, the sandwich was still amazing.

I’m giving it my Triple T Approval—a must-try! I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Be sure to check out my YouTube channel, Taste & Tease with Tonie, for the full review of the barbecue pork sandwich with grilled chicken. Don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe—your support means the world to me! Thank you!

i think the sandwiches are pretty expensive for how they are, they taste ok, but the cheese tastes like craft cheese to me and its $10. the company did comment here inflation is bringing up the prices but other people mention their iced coffees have 90% ice w/ photo. i got a frappe luckily cuz that would have pissed me off. their choco crossiants have nice price and taste good i took them home to airfry/toast at home. frappe was good too. might not come here for the sandwiches as much

Love the coffee but don’t need that much ice. I guess I can say light ice but dang I babysat this drink too.

Coffee is literally all ice. I know it is supposed to melt and dilute the coffee, but not an entire cup of ice

Parking: There is usually plenty of parking in the main lots, but of you try and park in front of shop it might be difficult.
