Still a great restaurant but no longer any vegan or beef free options. Such a bummer. Their menu's do not reflect the new changes, yet (I'm sure they will change it soon) but all noodles now cooked in beef. I still highly recommend the restaurant, used to be my absolute favorite pho place. Just not for your vegetarian friends or family. Maybe just for a boba? ♡ those are still delicious. I love the staff too, they are amazing.
My wife and I love the place. Friendly staff with a great eating atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious. Great quality and always made fresh.

We enjoyed the food. Long wait once seated. Twice asked for water. Waiter forgot not to add ice to my water.
Husband pointed out many tables were waiting for service or food to arrive.
Our wait must game been at least 25 minutes. Still my eyes glance over the tables, still s five or six were sitting with no food.
