They said we orders a whole different thing but we where the ones who ordered it and they where very mean and sassy

đ¨đ¨đ¨đ¨I visited Little Caesars today, June 19th at 1:09 PM, and had a disappointing experience. One of the girls working there (without glasses) wearing a cap on head was very rude and seemed uninterested in helping customers. She and the others were busy talking among themselves instead of working, and she kept saying âsuper madâ while taking out her frustration on others. It felt like they were just there to complete their hours, not to provide good service.
And we donât need people like this here. We didnât come to listen to anyoneâs attitude â weâre paying for our food and just want to get what we paid for. Sheâs also getting paid to work here; itâs not like sheâs working for free.

I was there today to pick up some pizza and there was a lady in front of me With her kids. From what I saw, she had picked up an order a few minutes before and she went back to let them know that they double charged her card. She told the The lady in the front that her card has been charged twice and she said no We didnât. The lady said yes, he did and she was showing her the transactions and she still denied it so the lady who purchased a pizza told her let me speak to a supervisor and she said I am the supervisor and a very good way. The lady who purchased the pizza said that I need to speak to another supervisor she said thereâs no other supervisor s Supposedly, she was calling a supervisor, which, in reality she was calling the police and then after she called the police, she called another supervisor. The police did show up. The lady showed her that both transactions that have been charged to her account and I overheard the office. I can understand the frustration. I do see two transactions. The first supervisor was extremely rude and made a comment of her being old which the lady was not old at all The lady did tell both the so called â Supervisorsâ You really wanna see how old I am, which is a little bit comical of both supervisors were out of line extremely rude for being supervisors. From what I witnessed, both officers did see the transactions on there which they did overcharge her so thatâs letting me believe that they are constantly doing this to people so if you purchase anything with the debit card, your credit card doublecheck your receipts before you leave that store. Makes me think how many times have they stolen from people. I heard the lady customer saying we always come here every Friday to purchase pizza I have no need to be getting free pizzas. I do have money. My husband works both Employees were wrong and I do hope that the store owner or the franchise or the corporate office do contact this lady I for one will not be getting pizza from there anymore. Not to be mean, but I hope these people lose their jobs. There are people who do need to work and have manners and respect. They tend to forget the customers like this lady and myself we pay Their salary. If somebody had told me, I would not have to leave what happened today, but I myself seen it firsthand! The customer lady was not rude. I was trying to be polite cordial to the The so-called supervisors, but they were the ones that were out of hand. I truly do hope that their boss really does something about it and theyâre not friends or acquaintances, and they take pride in their company because they will continue to lose customers other people that witnessed it and seen that weâre very disappointed and upset due to that and only because we knew the customer was right and she was showing them the transaction From her bank account. Iâm just so happy that for the PD actually sided with her, but she was within her right⌠And I am talking about the little Caesars on Shaw /West. So please if you were at paying with a debit card EBT card whatever it is double check your receipt and your bank accounts when you go to this location.

All employees are very nice but the white girl who works at the cash register is always rude. She always behaves very rudely which is not good at all. If it was in my control, I wouldn't have given it even one star.sorry

Well I had ordered the crazy stuffed crust pizza and unfortunately they didn't have the cheese sticks to make the stuff crust but thankfully they called me and let me know that they didn't have the stuff to do the stuff crust that they would have to cancel my order unlike some other places I have ordered and they just cancel your order without even telling you or even giving you a heads up or an option to adjust your order so that way you can still get something So it was very nice of them to actually give me a call and allow me to edit my order to something different because they couldn't fulfill my first order So good customer service on their part I just wish they had the cheese sticks though for the stuffed crushed cuz that's what I was looking forward to.

The people at the Shaw Ave., Little Caesars are the rudest people ever. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl at the front counter said no. She would not help me with my online order. She kept telling me to look at my phone and put in the code. I didnât get a code. It didnât come up fast enough for her and she refused to look at my phone to assist me when youâre working with people in customer service you should treat them with more respect. She was very cynical and as I was leaving, she said thank you and have a nice night and I replied back thank you and I will be giving you a bad review. This is the worst place for service. They canât keep anybody at this location. The pizza is not the best but itâs good for the price. I plan on talking to customer service on Monday about this employee, customer service is everything and she doesnât have to be rude and cynical if a person is challenged with their code help them out donât sit there and say I canât look at your phone instead she couldâve said weâre not allowed to look at peoples phones that is companies policy. If it is in fact, the company policy she should say it is or it isnât terrible terrible terrible, terrible, rude, rude, rude, rude uneducated, uneducated needs training and customer service.

Managment refused to listen, discuss or resolve issue with online ordering and google showing location as perminantly closed. They refused to fill order, and refused to refund the order, and refused to give information to contact the GM or franchise owner. This is theft, will be following up.

I bought 2 pizzas one with pineapple and jalapeĂąos it came out to soggy never knew that can happen to pizza and the other hot and ready was so under cooked I take it back they say they don't see what is wrong gives me another hot and ready at the end had 3 under cooked pizzas that my family and my self couldn't eat the best part where the two two litters very disappointed I went two weeks ago only writing this review today cause was gonna buy pizza for my family and cant go to the nearest little ceasers cause it's awful went a few other times before those pizzas where under cooked as well.
