Says to me it's going to be 25 minutes wait for something that should be hot and ready like their advertising... Bad surroundings plus terrible service and Rude behavior is the last straw for me .. Never

Been going to this location for over 20 years and now it ends with a chargeback. Ordered an ExtraMostBestest for my dinner at work and it was dried out with no tomato sauce. I drove 15 minutes the next day just to get a replacement and the two lower life forms there refused because I ate a single slice and couldn't bring it back after they were closed since I worked graveyard. The first time in my life I ever took food back to a restaurant with a complaint should tell you just how bad it was. Apparently they think I wanted to waste the gas and time to scam them out of a single slice of a $12 pizza. The corporate location on Milburn is much better and cheaper anyways.

Ordered two pizzas with my husband and a bag of crazy bread. The girl working charged me and just gave me the two pizzas without including the crazy bread. Don’t know if she was deaf or not but we clearly spoke in a legible tone where any able person could understand. She looked at us in an irritated manner like she wanted to save the last bag of crazy bread for herself. Not our fault she couldn’t hear us and include it in our order the first time when we asked. Didn’t like the service honestly, and the pizza was our go to for cheap but good pizza. Wish they went back to their 5.99 prices. 9.99 is insane

I went at about 230 pm pst. I ordered a hot and ready and a crazy bread. i was given cheese bread and charged as such. when I brought it up, the young lady behind the counter immediately and loudly said "that's what you said." I said I did not but I don't want to argue please just sub it or refund me. she said "yeah you shouldn't argue because you said it wrong."I am literally going to pay more for other pizza rather than deal with hostility over a 6 dollar pizza

Food was super doughy was sitting for a while and was cold you can tell it was just sitting out wasn't in warmer when I pick it up manager there was so unprofessional gave nothing but attitude when asking questions basic question about a refund on one item and was annoyed then raised her voice at me I would definitely not recommend this location

Just placed an order for 2 pizzaOne ultimate supremeOne regular pepperoniAnd some cheese bread.Waiting 15-20 min for fresh product. When we finally get home(mind you we don’t live close) we allStart to eat and the supreme wasn’t even cooked all the way. Veggies still raw. The pepperoni pizza had an awful taste like metal. Couldn’t even eat it.The only thing that was good was the cheese bread.I call the number on the receipt and online and it gives me an odd dial tone. Like disconnected.Waste of my money.Will never go back to this location again.

My pizzas weren’t cooked right. The dough was raw. I asked Yesenia if it could be replaced. I was told she already shut off the ovens, even though they’re still open another 20 minutes. I was told she shuts off the ovens 20 minutes before closing time every day. Even though they’re still open no customers can even place an order. She was very rude.

Pizza is always, and I mean always, dry and barely any cheese or pepperoni. Sometimes, not even in the shape of a circle or cut super weird. My 3 year old won't even eat it. That's just sad. The manager is never there, or the manager is a 15 year old cuz theres only 2 kids i ever see working, and they have absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever. They can't even count when I ordered 2 crazy sauces. Dont come here. You will waste your time and money every time. Has'nt change a bit over the past year. Don't know why I kept giving them a chance. It was always a disappointment. Dont respond to this review because you never changed a thing. Just close down already. You're taking up good space.
