Bought two pizzas there like always do and usually pick up some pick up some pizza dough also, the kid at the counter wouldn’t let us buy any dough like usual. Long time customers but may stop coming now, one of the best things was getting pizza and pizza dough

If I can give them 0 stars I would hesitate to do it staff is very rude and unprofessional. Corporate will definitely hear from me. The so called manger there was super rude and wouldn't give me a bag to put the food in and when I insisted on getting a bag he made me wait 10 minutes for him to give me the bag under his hands. He even has the guts to say get out of here” when he handed the bag to me. I was like wow really all this rudness because im asking you for a bag to put the food in just purchases in it.

I showed up at 9:45 and the employee was on her phone when I knocked just to say “we’re closed” Business hours state they are open until 10PM. There was another customer who drove up after me and was turned away as well. Smh ridiculous.. needs better service, or simply change business hours.

There is a man who works here with dark long hair in a bun who has absolutely awful customer service. I’m sorry to be this person but I’m a little annoyed with the experience I just had.
I walk inside to pick up my order (I ordered online) and nobody comes up to the counter for about a minute and a half. No “Hello, we’ll be right with you” just complete silence and a long wait.
So then this man with the long hair (sorry i don’t know his name) finally comes up to the counter, refuses to make eye contact with me and in a very, very, low voice takes my order.
I tell him I ordered online, still refusing to make eye contact or talk to me he puts my items on the counter. The desert that I ordered was in the back of the store so he had to walk away to grab it for me. He didn’t even say “I’ll be right back” he just literally walks away.
He comes back with the desert and so I have all my items. I say thank you, but there’s no response and STILL no eye contact. No “Thanks have a nice night”. He just walks away and says nothing. It’s so rude.
I know we all are going through our stuff and we have bad days but when you’re assisting a paying customer you have to put on a fake smile and make them feel welcomed for the minute or shorter interaction you have with them.
As someone who works in fast food I have to do the same.
The food is delicious but I’m going to have to give one star for the horrible customer service. I know probably nothing will happen but I wish a manager would talk to this young man and guide him on better customer service. Nobody should have to experience this when they just want some pizza.
Girl in the front I think her name was Kim? Very friendly and knew how to chat me up and quickly made me a pizza on their last hour knowing they were getting ready to close soon. Pizza looked like it was from pizza hut hella thick couldn't believe the price. DEFO would pull up again. I don't even live that far so it's close walking distance. Thanks Kim hope I eat your meaty pizza again cause it was bussin. 🥴💦

Worst service in Fresno. Ordered a Hot N Ready and after 30 min I asked for a refund. They immediately tried to give me a random pizza that was there the whole time. Then told me it’s 2-5 days for a refund. I canceled my order and left. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
