It was crowded as I went during lunch hour. The service is always good. They are friendly and welcoming. I tried the new Sicilian personal pizza and it was fresh and hot & FULL OF FLAVOR!

Trying to get your attention, owners! Your employees are working without a proper AC in the building. Fix it. This is not right. Pizza was great.

Went in to grab a quick pizza and saw the manager, I think his name was Micheal he had blonde hair, cutting pizzas behind the counter. Honestly not impressed. I heard him cussing pretty loudly, not just once either, and he was leaning on the table scrolling through his phone like he couldn’t care less. Super unprofessional vibe. Definitely not what you want to see when you’re just trying to pick up food.

Walked in on 8-5-24 around 1pm. The lady making pizzas in the back looks at me and continues working for a few minutes. The phone rings and she answers it. She went back to making pizzas and got back on the phone again. Then back to making pizzas for a few more minutes. Finally takes my order. The pizza was fresh and tasted good. So 5 stars for the pizza but zero for customer service. I understand you’re probably over worked but why prioritize the phone twice over someone standing at the counter that walked in first. Thats not good business.

I ordered the four puffs they were disgusting flat full of salt and greasier than I’ve ever had them before. I could not even eat them. I had to throw them away worse Little Caesars ever.

Pizza was horrible. Pizza was like a thin hard credit credit card. So thin and hard and barely any cheese. Waste of money! Crazy bread was under cooked. Come on if prices are going up for same food doesn’t mean quality and quantity needs to decrease. So we’re paying way more and getting way less and on top quality is 100 percent worst.
