The most disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. They'll be five employees in the back doing all kinds of things but acknowledging the customer that walk in the door. Without a word they continue on what they have going on I have to call for someone to come and maybe then someone will take their time to come talk to me unbelievable

There was no one in there when I arrived, and while I was there only 4 people came through. I ordered 2 orders of their puffs. Was told it would be 10min, which I said was fine. I waited 20. Watched as the tray sat there, forgotten, while my puffs got cold, even though the dude working the counter kept walking past it to get people hot and readys, bread sticks, etc. After I said something the 3rd time, he walked back and tried to pull them out of the oven, even though his homie had pulled them almost 10min prior. Then, one of the ones he gave me wasn't even half the size as the others. Smh.

Honestly I don't know where these bad reviews are coming from, I took the time to get to know the people working here and I have never had a problem with any of them.
Cedric, that African American guy you guys are talking about I've never had a problem with him and I am there all the time multiple times a week.
I have however seen a lot of rude customers come in and these guys have never got in there face or anything
