Little Caesars Pizza

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Every time I go there the food is just getting worse an worse. My pizza looks like it was cooked twice which is weird because I ordered online for pick up through the kiosk (I thought they were order to make). I purchased 2 cheese pizzas a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread combo.
I will not be back! I think I've learned my lesson trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Edit: I took the cheese pizzas back and it seemed as if they thought I was lying. I would have rather gotten a refund but took 2 pepperoni pizzas instead.

No attention to detail while making the pizzas. The cashier didn't know what a certain pizza looked like even though it was supposed to be a specialty item when I told him it didn't look right. He stated that it was supposed to look like that. Obviously he was wrong because that type of pizza has more pepperoni on it.

Does anyone remember when the hot and ready was just 5$ now it's 12$+ and they are not that great anymore.

So I would suggest that if you want good taste for your dollar I would recommend getting the slice and stix which is a lot cheaper than a hot and ready and a stuffed crust pizza even though you'd have to wait a few minutes but it's worth it they taste a lot better.

Waiting times can be a little lengthy but over all I would recommend this place if your looking for something quick . Also great price for the amount you get !

I placed an online order for 11:45 and walked in at 12, the pizza was not ready yet. I waited 30 minutes and still no pizza. I had to go back to work so I left. The employees were mad and rude, no refund was issued.

The interior was dirty and flies flew onto the napkins and packets of paprika. After we ordered, we didn't receive a receipt for our order. We ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and the Crazy Puff meal that came with a 2 liter soda. After 50 minutes, we received 2 pizzas and the Crazy bread. When we said that the order was incorrect, they claimed that we were misremembering our order. We paid for more food than we received and never got our money back. While waiting, I saw them handle food right after picking trash off the floor. I would avoid choosing this particular Little Caesar's to order food due to the poor service and handling of food.

This is the 2nd time in a row I ordered a pizza through the app and it was not put in the oven until I got there. I'm the only customer here and it's still not ready. I didn't even get here to pick it up until 5 minutes after the app said it would be ready. The food is usually ok but it is always late. Outside of the restaurant there is pizza sauce, packets of parmesian cheese, and pepperoni all over the place.

(COOK THREATENED TO CALL COPS ON ME AFTER ASKING “POLITELY” TO GIVE ME THE RIGHT ORDER)) I ordered on the app and when I got there I grabbed my pizza from the kiosk and open the pizza ( THE PIZZA LOOKED OLD BURNT NO BUTTER NO SALT AND DID NOT LOOK LIKE PRETZEL PIZZA) I ask if “they can fix it” ( THE COOK CAME VERY RUDELY GRABBED MY PIZZA WENT TO THE BACK PUT SALT AND BUTTER CAME UP TO ME LITERALLY THREW THE PIZZA DOWN AND SAID “HAVE A NICE DAY” WITH A VERY RUDE ATTITUDE). I opened my pizza box BUTTER AND SALT POURED EVERYWHERE IT LOOKED SLOPPY.I ask for a “new pizza” SHE SAID “I HAD TO PAY FOR IT”!!!…Why if it was their mistake ?? After I started recording they said “we will make the pizza the right way”

Placed an order through the app. It was supposed to be ready at 8:10. When we got there she informed us that it wasn't in the oven yet. We waited and our order was finally ready at 8:30. 20 minutes late!!! It appears that they are looking to hire, hopefully the new hires aren't being trained by the slow lazy ones that were working tonight. They may be short staffed, but the ones working were just barely moving along at their own extremely slow pace. ? We pretty much got the impression that they DGAF.
