Went in at lunch waited in line for 25 mins, only to have 2 separate pickup orders from the case cut in front to get their items that were missing ,when i got to the register I was told another 10 minute wait for cheese bread... the cashier said no to cheese bread at first to another customer in the front of the line when i first came in due to being short staffed but then the cook said they put some in...he did get his after a wait... I chose to not wait another 10 minutes for cheese bread... it's a no go for me to eat here again

Eveytime I order from here they always get something wrong I have told them before I paid for it Like the other day. I paid for an extra most best is and I get a classic. With barely any sauce. That has to be the driest pizza I had. I already waited 20 minutes. I'm not gonna wait another 20 minutes for another pizza.

Logically we’re not talking about “the best pizza” but a decent experience for a great price. Recommendable for USD 8 for a classy cheese or pepperoni pizza. There’s no place to sit in the restaurant itself.

I walked in for a quick pizza to take back to the hotel about 5:30ish. I was hoping to snag a pineapple pepsi which was heavily advertised in the store and on the employees. The cooler didn't have any inside, so I asked the employee if they happened to have any (thinking maybe they kept them in back) and she looked at me like I was insane, and said no, with a rude look on her face. Okay.. no problem. I'll order a cheese pizza since they are supposed to be hot and ready. Nope...10 minute wait for that too. It seems like poor business you're going to advertise hot and ready pizza (or other promotional items), and not be able to follow through. It was it like the store was busting with customers.

I understand why this location recieved a very low rating. I called, it took forever to answer then when they finally answered, the young lady that is there today @7pm put me on hold. I sat there waiting on the phone for 20 minutes with no status mind you. I'm sure it would have been longer but I hung up. Why would you leave someone on hold that long and never check in... HORRIBLE CUSTOMS SERVICE!
