Long wait for average food, they didn’t server our order together, dumplings came out last. Long wait time and we had to order before we got seated.

I dined in and expected a wait of about 30 minutes since the restaurant was busy, which was understandable. However, after being seated, I waited nearly an hour for my soup. I was really looking forward to trying it, but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations once I finally received it. The service itself wasn’t terrible, but it seemed like my order may have been forgotten. I was dining with a group of friends, and they all received their meals before me. Because of the long wait, I asked for my order to be packaged to go. Despite this, I was still charged the full amount, and my food was once again forgotten. When I brought it up, it felt like the situation was almost placed back on me. Overall, I recommend avoiding the soup and visiting during a less busy time if you choose to dine here.

Dumplings are so yummie, good service, good food, pork cabbage dumplings are delicious, beef soup is so good and warms you up on a cold day, enough for 2 but you don't have to share.. shrimp and bacon fried rice is FIRE! Pretty much everything on the menu is good.

Tried this place a few times and all three times trying to get food to go. They would tell you 45 minutes and then I would show up and wait another 30 minutes behind 30 other DoorDash drivers. And then I’d see the guys cooking the food smoking cigarettes out in front while my food still wasn’t ready. Great food, horrible management and it’s not gonna last if they keep running a business like this.

Amazing food, dumplings are amazing! Shrimp and Pork, must try. Chow mein is incredible as well as the beef. Don’t sleep on this place.

As many have pointed out, the food was delicious, but the service from the waitress was bad. I wonder if she’s adequately compensated or tipped. If so, consider investing time in training your staff to improve their service.

I had the orange chicken entree, I didn't care for the flavor, it was really bland. My family had the pot stickers and dumplings, which we much better, but not enough to make me want to go back.

Ordered a chicken chow mein and there was about 3 small pieces of chicken and too much oil. Waiter was not very welcoming, we felt like an inconvenience. Won’t ever come back and don’t recommend coming either.

If you like extremely oily yet under seasons food that has no flavor, bland everything, rude and inattentive servers then come here. We spent almost 160 dollars just trying everything with out and the only thing I truly enjoyed and that actually had flavor was the soup dumplings. Service was atrocious and felt as if I was an inconvenience??

Great place to stop for lunch!

The food was a little bit greasy & the table was a little sticky but other than that, it was delicious. We were greeted & sat as soon as we walked in. We ordered kung pow chicken, spicy tofu, chow mein, an order of the 8 soup dumplings, & 3 drinks & paid about $70. The plates were also completely full so you definitely get what you pay for.

Thankyou Little Fat Dumpling!

Beyond dumplings, fried rice are equally enjoyable — hearty portions. Service is warm and efficient, making the experience relaxed and pleasant even during busier hours.

Overall, Fat Dumpling Eatery offers comfort food done right: simple, generous, and genuinely delicious. A must-visit if you’re in Fresno and craving Chinese food with great value.
