Rating one star because of getting overcharge.First time here as a customer, experience was good up until we got over charge for something we didn't order. The same person took our order also rang us up. We order two bowl of pho and have ask for a small bowl on the side so that I can share half of my pho with my son but instead we got charge for a kids pho that we didn't order. I was wondering why it cost so much and have ask to look at the receipt. If I didn't look at the receipt we would have left home without getting a refund and of course we did not get refund the whole amount including tax. Not planning on coming back. Make sure you guys look at your receipt and double check that you aren't getting overcharge.

It's not located on the best part of town, but Lotus Kitchen is worth finding for good authentic Thai food. Everything was delicious. I was there with a group of co-workers and everyone had something different and everyone said their dish was great. If you go here, try something different, you won't be sorry.

I gave this place 3 star bc seating was plenty. We ordered the $65 king seafood platter Cajun style, regular beef pho with large noodles and Thai boat noodle. The food was disappointing. The portions were small. The regular pho taste was decent like all other food restaurants. The Thai Boat noodle had too much vinegar, the taste was overwhelming. People were raving about the Thai boat noodle here so I thought I'd give it a try. The seafood platter was not worth $65 but I guess they justified decent enough because they had king crab in it but the portion was small. The Cajun flavor did not come through at all. It tasted like butter with a bit of Cajun and a bunch of water that sauce was not rich, there was no depth in flavors. If you want seafood boil, this is not the place.

The food here is okay. There weren't a lot of people when my family and I went so the food came out fast. However, the reason why I'm giving a 3 star is because the waiter is a bit rude & has no manner!!!! We sat at the round table & instead of going around the table to pass out food/drinks etc. , she kept passing food/handing things over me while i'm trying to eat!! She could've at least put it down on the table so I could move/slide it to the people across from me.. Not go over me. Not only does she do it once or twice, but she does it multiple times which is very irritated. I didn't want to be rude and say something right then, so I just move more to the side. Please do better !!

This was the most authentic pho spot I ever been too! It was so good I'm definitely coming again. Staff was nice, service was 100 % and the thai iced coffee was 10/10.

This is the best teriyaki chicken in Fresno. The flavor is immaculate and the portion size is worth every penny. The food is authentic and I enjoyed the sweet customer service the most. Please go check it out!!

Growing up in LA area and just in town to visit, my husband and I decided to try this place. I must say I have yet to come across a restaurant that serves such authentic Laos food the way Lotus Kitchen does. We had the beef larb, which was amazing. The meat was tender and flavorful. The herbs mixed in were not only fresh but different compared to what is served in LA area. I loved it. My husband had the Lotus Family Special, the Royal, and nothing was left. He even took home the sauce. Mind you, he's a Boiling Crab fanatic. We got to try the Nam Tok. It's not the same flavor or texture as bo luc lac but very similar only more crispy outside and soft and juicy inside, I recommend trying it. I'm definitely coming back when visiting Fresno area.

The food is great but after receiving my food, the owner/manager sat down at the next table and proceeded to watch videos on his phone, volume up. Super annoying. I won’t go back. That’s unacceptable and rude.

This is my go-to place for seafood. I usually get the cajun and it's always good. I also like their papaya as well. I have never tried the asian style seafood but that is an option too. Their pho and thai boat are pretty good as well.
