I've been to this place a handful of times and every time the owner has always been super friendly right from the moment you enter the store. I got 2 orders of the bacon cheeseburger with fries and the wait was about 15 minutes; everything is made to order and it's not too bad of a wait since there's a convenience store attached so you can grab snacks or drinks while you wait. The burger itself was really good, the meat wasn't dried out like at some other places. I got everything on my burger; I believe it came with some type of garlic sauce if I'm not mistaken which made the bun just a bit too soggy so I'd probably ask without the sauce next time but that's not a huge issue. The taste was really good and it was served with crispy steak fries which I loved. There's seating available inside the store which is clean and comfortable but we took our food to go this time. Overall a really good place with excellent food & service. Would definitely recommend and will visit again in the future!

My Grandma got us the Philly cheese steak with pilaf and it was so good! Next time I want the Gyro with the pilaf. My Grandma drove through so I can't comment on the service and inside. Definitely recommend the Philly cheese as it was really good.

Never even got to try it. We arrived at noon. the lights were on and the door was unlocked. We walked in , no one was there. After five minuets a man came and said they don't open until 12:30. We were on a lunch break and could not wait. Why would you have a sandwich shop that is not open for the lunch hour? Do yourself a favor and go to Willis's Philly's located on the other side of Herndon one block away. The staff was very friendly and the sandwiches were fantastic!

It's a one stop shop, you can get gas and grab grub.I was greeted immediately as I entered-- he was very friendly and welcoming. The environment is clean. 4 tables available if you decide to eat at the establishment. Low playing music in the background and a tv on if you want to enjoy some espn while eating.Ordered Philly cheese steak with fries and a lamb gyro with pilaf.The Philly cheese steak with fries was delicious!!! All food is made to order-- cheese was ooey gooey, the bell peppers and onions were nicely seasoned and the fries had a nice crunch.The lamb gyro with pilaf was very good! The tomatoes and lettuce in the gyro were fresh. The lamb was delicious and the garlic sauce is amazing!!!! I will be a returning customer. So good!

Owner was very rude, after asking if the dish could be served without onions, he told me to buy some chips because it would complicate his life. He didn't give us any time to think about what we wanted to eat, he rushed us. In the end, I didn’t eat anything and defenately wont come back here.

My recent experiences at this food establishment have regrettably been shrouded by the owner's unsavoury behaviour towards female patrons. On multiple instances, the women accompanying me have been subjected to inappropriate advances and requests that could be categorised as nothing less than sexual harassment. Upon conversing with others who frequent the establishment, it has become alarmingly apparent that my experiences are not isolated - there seems to be a prevalent trend of this individual transgressing comfortable boundaries and exploiting his position to harass other women. This pattern of behaviour is not merely disturbing, it is utterly repugnant. Moreover, it is a violation of fundamental norms of respect, decency, and professionalism. Consequently, I find myself unable to endorse this establishment and wish to earnestly caution potential patrons to be wary of such conduct. Upon my refusal to support such heinous actions, I will henceforth refrain from visiting this gas station, and consider that the actions of this individual merit significant legal consequences. I firmly believe behaviours of this nature ought to be promptly addressed and penalised by law enforcement.

Kinda a strange critique, but there was definitely too much cheese on my sandwich lol. I was a little annoyed that he refuses to take phone orders. The rice was good, and I'd like to try the other menu items, because the cheesesteak did not shine. I might be back to explore the menu a bit more?

The man gives you the run around and pretty much makes up the prices as he goes, then after says “don’t worry I have been chef for long time.” Told me $15 for a chicken plate and $17 for a lamb plate. He charged my card and it came out to $50 then he says he’s not going to argue with me lamb is expensive meat and he’s been a chef since he was 19. Good luck

Drove 20 minutes to try this spot. It was very good in my opinion because everything was made fresh. The philly didnt have alot of meat but it was so good that i didnt mind. The chef was very passionate about his food and nice. Portions were good for the price, not skimpy. The reason i gave it a 4 star is because the lamb didnt taste like lamb and for 30 bucks it was disappointing. We wish it was chunks of lamb meat instead of ground lamb.
