My favorite breakfast spot in all of Fresno. Their food is all made from scratch and is always cooked to order. My go to is the Hotel California which is a chorizo eggs Benedict with a side of mini pancakes or their onion rings (which are the best onion rings I’ve ever had). Their servers and owner are always super sweet and always go out of their way to provide the upmost quality of service and food. Cant see myself going anywhere else for a breakfast that can compare to this!
Great decor, extra great service, extra extra great food. The pancakes were original and unmatched, the bacon was thick, the eggs were fresh, and the syrup was real. So far, it's our favorite joint in Fresno. We will definitely be back.

Oh man where to start….I love to adventure different restaurants for food, cuz local business has a personality and flavor to them that only they can do. And oohhh man the personality and flavor of this restaurant was amazing! I tend to realize when i order anything with thin steak strips i get them chewy and overcooked, it was almost an expectation- but here it was so tender and with their sauce i forgot the name of, made every bite feel like stars hit you!! Hashbrowns are different level, not your frozen pack mix you get at ihop or dennys, and the mugs??? So cute!! Love how each person can get their own cool cup!! Gonna yap about this to everyone about how the vibes and food are AMAZING

We were a group having lunch. Most of us ordered sandwiches. Here we are in central California with vegetables growing all around us— and the tomatoes in our sandwiches were barely pink and totally without tomato flavor. Benediction is a locally owned restaurant that can buy ripe and fresh produce here. Maybe they do buy local produce. Regardless, no excuse for unsavory tomatoes in August in central CA.

I didn't even want to give it any stars but google is making me. Food was nasty as hell. But thats my fault for trying something new. I hate when I get catfished by food and thats what happend at this place. Cute names for your menu items but thats about it. Paid too much money to be eating sponge cake disguised as a damn pancake. And why are the French fries and breakfast potatoes burnt? I just got mad all over again.
Tried to be different and ended being worse than the pancakes you just described. Maybe the reason your food is so nasty and overcooked is because your too busy trying to be funny in your reviews ?

First time Ordering from here went "Take Out" and ordered the "Do right Sandwich" and y'all DID NOT DO RIGHT BY ME. first off the chicken breading was bland No Seasoning. The chicken meat was very dry and bland no seasoning present and don't even get me started on the Fries. They were soggy and BURNT! VERY DISAPPOINTED. will be the first AND MY LAST time going here. Spent upwards of $30+

Love the ambience of this place with all the music themed stuff. The waiter was great. For the food, we had mixed results. Bottom line, when you go here order some form of eggs Benedict! We ordered the Tom Sawyer and the one with hash in it and they were both excellent. The other stuff we ordered was just mediocre. The Baba O'Reilly burger was OK, the omelette was fine, and the avocado toast was average. It all depends on what you order.

Hurry up to wait.....for some awesome food! Yes, read reviews about waiting for food but it IS worth the wait! Fresh ingredients and unique dishes await you. So , if not in a hurry, enjoy your breakfast/lunch companions and beverages. Very large portions, so listen to the waiter/owner when recommendations are offered??. Your tastebuds will be very satisfied! We had bananna nut pancakes, french toast,bacon and over med eggs-cooked to perfection! Love the food...will return.❤

Breakfast was phenomenal! Loved the freshness of ingredients and the from-scratch hollandaise. Service was fast, but we were early with only a few others in. Record/music decor and classic rock through the speakers really set the vibe for this modern diner. Can’t wait to go back!!
Amazing breakfast place, definitely a hidden gem in the fresno area, and if you know, then you know absolutely amazing pancakes. My mother ordered a to go order after smelling my plate... it's that good super fresh and did I mention

First time there, and probably the last. The food has a lot to be said for, simple order called ( My Ex's live in Texas), not sure if the cook had a hard morning. There were only 6 of us in the restaurant. I guess 4 to many. Food was awful...serve polite. No a fan.
