Just visiting from out of town. Mad respect to the mission of this place. I can't express enough how amazing the experience was. Had a party of 4 and everyone loved their food. We need more of this in our society. Traditionalists be warned⚠️

My favorite breakfast spot in all of Fresno. Their food is all made from scratch and is always cooked to order. My go to is the Hotel California which is a chorizo eggs Benedict with a side of mini pancakes or their onion rings (which are the best onion rings I’ve ever had). Their servers and owner are always super sweet and always go out of their way to provide the upmost quality of service and food. Cant see myself going anywhere else for a breakfast that can compare to this!

Great decor, extra great service, extra extra great food. The pancakes were original and unmatched, the bacon was thick, the eggs were fresh, and the syrup was real. So far, it's our favorite joint in Fresno. We will definitely be back.
