The ice cream is good but the atmosphere sucks. They had the music playing so loud that I couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear me. I don’t mind music but not at a sound level that actually makes it uncomfortable to be in the building.

Horrible service from the teens that work there, and the ice cream isn't that good. Ordered an ice cream sandwich yesterday and I had the cookie and ice cream on one side of the tray and the top of the cookie on the other part of the tray. Should be advertised as a build it yourself ice cream sandwich.

I ordered a vanilla and cheese cake ice cream with caramel, peanut butter, and strawberries on grub hub pick up (we were only 9 minutes out). They didn't add napkins or a spoon in the bag. Also upon arrival the ice cream was melted. I took it anyway hoping the top was only melted. However, I soon realized it was 50% melted when I opened it in my car. You would think they would have a better system with grub hub orders and place them in the fridge or make them upon arrival if no extra fridge/freezer is available. The only thing that was still cold were the strawberries which were cut huge and were frozen solid. You could not even bite into them. I also noticed they put Oreo which I did not ask for. I ended up throwing it away.

The open sign was on as I walked into the store at at 8:58 pm. The young girl at the register looked at the clock and said they closed at 9! Apparently she doesn’t know how to read a clock or turn off a sign! Needless to say, they lost a customer for life because they don’t deserve my business. The owner should teach them that helping a customer and earning their business is more important than tuning one away! I literally walked to my car and looked back at the store and the lights were turned off! Guess she was in a hurry to get home! Lucky for me, Ampersand was still open and was more that happy to serve me! It was a win win considering the quality of their ice cream is simply the best in comparison to Marble Slab.
