Marian's Méxican Restaurant

The food is great and the staff is nice. My only complaint is that the prices on their physical menus, and online menus are cheaper than what they actually ring in. I order food for the whole family and each plate or item is between $1-$3 more expensive than what is advertised. So by the end of your oder it's around $10-$15 more expensive than you would expect. I can't stress enough how important it is to advertise your pricing honestly, and updated all menus when the prices are raised so people know exactly what they're paging.

Nice folks running Marians. Is homey and friendly.
Ive been 4 or so times, about once a year.
If you like your Mex food bland this is the place for you. Good portions.
If you like your food spicier, and more homemade style, there are other Fresno options

Don’t order the Chile Verde. It’s the worst that I’ve ever had. They cook the pork then pour the salsa verde over the meat. The pork should have been simmered in the salsa verde. And they now charge for drink refills to go including a small container for the leftover salsa. It’s not the same under the new ownership and it’s not going to get better. Definitely not going back.

Food good, service ok, atmosphere no bueno 2 times I go they don't had tha ac on or the potable fans if is 105 out side in side is 90 is see potable fans off why I had no idea, price affordable restroom very clean, horchata drink to much water no enough flavor overall I come back again I hope they make good judgements next time to troun on fans

My wife and I have enjoyed this restaurant for many years. Arturo who is now the owner and chef is the best Mexican Food chef in Fresno. Tonight the beef, bean, rice, cheese burrito with sour cream and guacamole was heaven on a plate. You won't find more friendly service anywhere.
