I love this place because its the only place on Earth that serves me my tacos just the way I like it: DRY and FLAVORLESS. They also have this promotion where if u come in during a slow time and order, they'll give a attitude, at other places it cost me $5 for attitude but this place gives it to you for free and unwarranted. Might I add that this place is a combination terrible food and rude customer service, if I wanted all that I would've went to the nearest Waffle House. I'll make sure next time to walk to Marias on the other side.

I have never taken the time out of my life to leave a review for a restaurant but The customer service from this place who was training the employee at the cash register was horrible. Cashier took our order wrong and when we asked for an explanation of our items missing. The trainer/cook/Tacuache stepped in to tell us we got what we paid for so it 's done. He never apologize for the cashiers mistake which is understandable because she is training under his supervision. The cashier did apologize several times. This was only the second time we've been at this Location it was a very sad and bad customer service. Cashier really felt bad. We waited over 30 minutes for 6 tacos and tostada mixta. Bean and rice that looked old from the day before.

I ordered fish taco combo. Food was good the rice was a little over cooked but I did enjoy my meal. I will go back. The place was clean and the employees where nice.

I used to love coming here they would make you feel welcomed. Here’s a little word of advice though don’t talk bad about your customers in front of them. Also answer your phone when you aren’t busy..you claim you’re busy but when customers go in and only see 1 person ahead of them and you tell them over the phone that you’re “busy” is very unprofessional and makes you look lazy. With the no answering of phones and the talking bad about customers I have officially had enough of this establishment and would not recommend this place to anyone

Came in 3 weeks in a row on Thursday for their asada fries special. Was told every single time that they ran out of fries. Never had an issue with them before they remodeled the inside, not sure why their service is much worse now. It was my go to place for Mexican since it was close, but they lost me after that experience. Would rather go somewhere further and wait a little longer if the quality is better than this place.

We come here to have lunch my bf I ordered tacos and he order camarones ala diabla he was eating when he find a hair on the shrimp we told the lady at the counter she took the plate with food still in it (he hasn’t finished) and said nothing we waited thinking we were going to get. Anew plate or alert something to compensate for that they just stood foot long time till my boyfriend gout up me ask her she denied the hair knowing she saw it and also denied people who cook the plate had dark hair with is untrue because both of the cooks had dark long hair I just think my bf didn’t need to ask for it they should know that is gross and exchange it
I have been going to this place for over 10 years. I have to say that I am sorely disappointed in my experience there lately. Today I wanted to order a breakfast plate and tried to call in my order to pick up. I called back four times. Each time letting the phone rign until it disconnected, about 15 rings each time. Finally on my fourth call at about the fourth ring a male answered. I told him that it was my fourth call, and he apologized and told me that they have been really busy. I asked about the breafast menu and he told me that they weren't serving breakfast. I thanked him and hung up. After thinking about it for a couple of seconds I decided that there was something else that I would have instead. Instead of trying to call again, I walked over to the location expecting to see the restaurant fairly full; but there were only two people sitting at a table together. That was it. Obviously they weren't busy with people at their location and considering how many times it took to answer my call, I highly doubt that they were phone in orders. I wonder what they were so busy with. I don't know that I really want to go back there again. I think I will find another place that values my business. I definitely don't think they appreciate my years of patronage anymore.

Foods good if you like this type of food. Mexican food at its finest. Not much to say, employees were quiet and take out was pretty fast. If your looking to get some quick Mexican food I'd recommend this place. Although if your looking for something fancy I'd recommend looking further into some other restaurants.

My wife got food there before and it was very good. I wanted to go back and we did. The carne asada was very good and so were the rice and beans. But the carnitas was very dry and flavorless. It was good the first time so now I will have to try it again.
