I hate to say it but the loco moco is not good here. I don’t expect it to be as good as the source but it’s not really close. Patty was dry and blend, gravy came in a small cup and it was in a jelly texture… next time hopefully twill try other item to see

Food taste okay but for so called Hawaiian bbq food you need to stop being stingy with the servings. Ono Hawaiian bbq is better

Good food, horrible service. I waited 20 mins for 2 dishes because they kept taking orders from dozens of others and preparing their foods before mine. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!

Came by and got hibachi beef and shrimp and a mini meal of hamburg steak. The hibachi beef was dry and hard, the shrimp was incredibly rubbery with no sauce on either. The mini meal was two burnt burger patties. No flavor and a waste of money. The place was good four years ago but has seriously gone downhill. The hibachi sauce on the side was very watery but four years ago was a regular consistency.

🌺 Hawaiian BBQ Review

If comfort had a flavor, Hawaiian BBQ would be it. From the first bite, you’re greeted with a rich, smoky sweetness that’s distinctly island-style—where teriyaki glaze meets grilled perfection. Whether you’re diving into tender kalbi ribs, juicy BBQ chicken, or savory spam musubi, each dish feels like a celebration of laid-back flavor and tropical soul.

The meat is usually marinated to perfection, then grilled with that caramelized edge that makes your fork pause for a moment of appreciation. The classic sides—macaroni salad, steamed rice, and maybe a little kimchi or cabbage—round out the plate with balanced comfort. It’s the kind of meal that leaves you full yet craving more.

I think this location is one of the best in Clovis for Local Hawaiian Food! Fresh food and good execution to serve customers on time. On 6/27/2025 (between the hours: 11:30AM to 12:30PM) The staff was excellent! They did their best to manage a busy lunch rush which had multiple in-person & online orders. Customers of all personalities challenging and nice was taken care of as best as possible. The staff held their excellent customer service regardless. Definitely would recommend.

I like the food, but I did not enjoy the manager telling one of the employees to shut up in front of customers. I told the manager he was very rude, and it was inappropriate to talk to his employee in that manner!!!!!
