Automatic must enter order yourself. Different from regular old days Mcd’s in that you’re having less contact but lots of room for error if you are old school. In the fence, but nice staff and generous when asked for condiments. Not all are! They get my vote for that and also the giving of napkins without having to beg after you drive off and notice! A problem with most locations.

Downfall is that their frozen drinks and ice cream serving machine breakdown very often .... During the winter the have a hard time serving hot cocoa ....

This McDonald’s truly is the worst. On multiple occasions I will order just a basic meal, sometimes with an iced coffee and they make me park when there is zero people in line. And then when I park they have so many mobile orders that they have given me the wrong food or given other people my food and once they realize the mistake the other customers are gone and I have to wait again. Be better.

I ordered a spicy mccicken with no mayo and pickles, I get my order and they messed it up they won’t precede to change it they took my money and didn’t give me what I wanted

I've eaten here a few times and they have never managed to get my order correct. The workers seem very disorganized. I have gotten sandwiches marked and wrapped in the correct wrapping only to find a completely different type of sandwich once I actually open it. Definitely avoid this specific location if you don't want to deal with these kinds of things.

Complete trash and is usually closed at night so idk why it says 24 hours. Must be the mcdonalds on blackstone the one on shields is just as garbage as this one. Sad thing is the app will still let you order as if this location just stays open 24hrs.
Usually go for the big breakfast minus pancakes. Foods good and filling. Restaurants is clean.
