Always have to go park and wait food never Available at second window. Always only squirt condiments on half piece of one of the bread and it only comes with 1 pickle. Just super cheap. And if I don't request my frap a double then it always have large chunks of ice in it.

A Dude

Employees were a little bit unhelpful, prices are a bit ridiculous seeing as there is no such thing as a dollar menu anymore. An even though I ordered my food without some of the ingredients so it had to be made per order it was still cold. An on top of that I was kept waiting in the lobby while the drive thru was continuously helped before me an I sat there an watched my food sit in the window for at least 5 minutes before the cashier noticed it an gave to me my food. They could of offered an free drink or ice cream for next time when I asked if it was normal to make a customer wait so long. Instead I got a rude comment about having to ask a manager which I just turned around an left. Deciding that with how expensive fast food is now a days next time I'll skip the golden arches an go to Taco bell or jack in the box instead. Also there machine was out of order since they didn't want to clean it again so I could not get a shake or my favorite mc flurry. Which was my sole purpose for going there.

Vegetarian options: Be prepared for a wait with no one in line except drive thru.

Parking: Security walks parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Yes but with no entertainment or anything to keep kids occupied.

I'm sure it's necessary because of the area but it's frustrating to have to get a code to open the bathroom. I did a mobile order and then ran in to use the bathroom while my food was being prepared. Unfortunately, I had to wait in line to get the code, which means my food was ready before I even got to go into the bathroom. There was also a security guard by the door at this one. That was a first. I guess I'm glad McDonald's is taking my safety seriously.

It's McDonald's, never going to be perfect. I've had forgotten items in the past, but they've gotten better now. For being fast food, it seems like we usually get told to wait in the parking lot for most orders, no matter the size. The workers are always nice and the food is reliable

Cave Man

So last Sunday they messed up my order, it's not the first time. I called the store and spoke to one of the managers and was told I had a week to replace what they got wrong. So I go today, and because I didn't have me receipt they wouldn't do anything. The manager I spoke to took my name and information down, but the lady I was dealing with today (Juana) was absolutely terrible. She was rude, and didn't want to give me her name. I asked several of the employees but they didn't know what they were doing, so I waited until she finally came over and was even more unpleasant in person. I'm done with this location, they've screwed up my orders too many times. And yes, Monday corporate is getting a call, along with my debit proof of purchase and call log with that particular location when I spoke to the more polite male manager.
