Employees were a little bit unhelpful, prices are a bit ridiculous seeing as there is no such thing as a dollar menu anymore. An even though I ordered my food without some of the ingredients so it had to be made per order it was still cold. An on top of that I was kept waiting in the lobby while the drive thru was continuously helped before me an I sat there an watched my food sit in the window for at least 5 minutes before the cashier noticed it an gave to me my food. I'm sure it's necessary because of the area but it's frustrating to have to get a code to open the bathroom. I did a mobile order and then ran in to use the bathroom while my food was being prepared. Unfortunately, I had to wait in line to get the code, which means my food was ready before I even got to go into the bathroom. There was also a security guard by the door at this one. That was a first. I guess I'm glad McDonald's is taking my safety seriously.

It's McDonald's, never going to be perfect. I've had forgotten items in the past, but they've gotten better now. For being fast food, it seems like we usually get told to wait in the parking lot for most orders, no matter the size. The workers are always nice and the food is reliable
