They recently remodeled. What does it mean for us? It means when we are dining-in and run out of napkins, we have to get back in line and request them - napkins are only available behind the counter. Need a refill? Yeah...We don't get access to the soda fountain machine....That's behind the counter, behind a wall...So get back in line and wait. This is the NEW McDonald's....Enjoy!

McDonald's needs to stop saying they are opened 24 hours when they arent. Im sick and tired of driving all night to different locations to find one McDonald's thats opened getting nothing but false hope and lies. Fix your website .

I feel I’m being lied to about the frappe machine “not working” or “unavailable” every time I go here. I could be off but even if it’s true, the amount of times I go in a week for a frappe is about 50% to 70% chance I’ll get turned down. You’d think a multibillion dollar business would figure out how to keep a simple machine working and if they’re lying hopefully their manager sees this and starts holding people accountable. The frappe is all I get from here and it’s like punch in the gut when I waste time driving here after a long day at work and told no. Starbucks will have to do from now on.

Lilah the manager wouldn’t honor the McDonald’s app prices I just wanted a coffee it’s not my fault that their system down. She does not care about customers and will be getting ahold of corporate.

I waited in the drive though line for 15 minutes to get a coffee and they weren't even that busy. Fire every employee and start over

My order was not complete. Missing steak bagel and side of Bacon. I asked for picante sauce, ketchup, and napkins. Nothing. They try to do everything fast that's why. When I call the Manager didn't care. About 9 am 2-9-25
