Went on my lunch, asked for no lettuce on chicken sandwich and I still got lettuce and the bun was hard..

Every time in the cold or winter they said that the frappe machine doesn’t work. Today I went to get caramel frappe and they said that the frappe machine doesn’t work and when I tried to place an order at a different store they have caramel frappe. Neither in the app they have latte neither frappe and the only thing they have is shake. I would never go here in the cold and recently the store is remodeled you guys have money to remodel but you don’t have money to get a frappe machine.

They are always out of everything, and be prepared because no matter what you order they are trained to park you as soon as you pull up. They actually just did a remodel outside, just so they could park more customers easier. So if anyone cares today they are out of ice cream and shakes at 1230pm out of Dr. Pepper for drinks and also No sweet and Sour sauce, I dont understand how poorly managed this McDonald's is.

Been to this particular McDonald's several times, and they have always been good about getting orders out fast. The one time they swapped my order bag with someone else - I simply went through the drive thru again & they fixed it without hassle. That is how you win points. Another McDonald's near me is complete garbage, but this one is a winner! 🏆

Twice in a row I had the worst service. I vowed last time I would not go back. I broke my bow and went back because I had a free item and ordered a ice tea to with it. The staff were rude, inefficient, and we're in over there head. When I pulled up to the first window they ignored me, so I went to pick up window and they asked my why I did not stop at the pay window, what a load since they didn't acknowledge me at all. Then it took them almost 10 minutes to get it together . The manager, I felt was confrontational. I love the unsweetened tea and its the closest McDonald's, I just have to get it somewhere else

Forgot part of the orders.
This McDonald's used to be packed and the atmosphere was a plus, but ever since they upgraded the store the knew staff does not care. I live right down the street but would much rather drive to any farther locations due to the staff always being rude. I never speak to them due to the fact that I always purchase everything through the kiosk machine but the orders still take long. I can hear how they speak to the other customers in this store and it is awful I am glad we have the kiosk machines. This 15 minute wait here at the store all I hear is; staff yelling pretty loud at one another, arguing with customers over there awful mistakes, no type of respect, they keep asking people to verify orders like if the employees do not know how to work the system or check the computers, and it was just hard to eat at McDonald's for once in my life!

I love this McDonalds place, it has the best service from all the McDonalds I went to, highly recommend it to go to eat. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, easy to speak and order. The place is clean and smells like McDonalds like it’s supposed to, 5/5.
