Lilah the manager wouldn’t honor the McDonald’s app prices I just wanted a coffee it’s not my fault that their system down. She does not care about customers and will be getting ahold of corporate.

I waited in the drive though line for 15 minutes to get a coffee and they weren't even that busy. Fire every employee and start over

My order was not complete. Missing steak bagel and side of Bacon. I asked for picante sauce, ketchup, and napkins. Nothing. They try to do everything fast that's why. When I call the Manager didn't care. About 9 am 2-9-25

0300 1/27/2025 Explained my situation(not in car) to the drive-through window . I'm on foot and would like to order. Cashier said , "No, you have to be in a car," not rudely. However , it would've been my first hot food in days. Jack in the Box would've done it. My money is as good as anybody else's.

As someone who grew up visiting this McDonald’s, I’m truly disappointed to see how much it has changed. This used to be a clean, welcoming place where service was quick and reliable. Now, it feels like the standards have completely dropped.
First, cleanliness is a major issue. I was shocked to find a hair (I won’t get into details, but it was absolutely unacceptable) on the door handle of the men’s restroom. That alone says a lot about the lack of attention to hygiene.
Second, the service has become painfully slow. I understand busy times, but this is supposed to be fast food. Waiting this long for an order, only to have it served cold, is unacceptable.
This McDonald’s needs serious improvement. Management should take a hard look at the quality of service and cleanliness. It’s sad to see a place that once held so many good memories fall to this level.
I ordered one small cup of hot coffee with cream but I have taken black coffee

This place is the worst of the worst plan on being there for a while. The service is absolutely the worst ever and it takes them over 10 minutes to get your food. The food is usually cold and Fry's taste stale. Avoid at all cost!!
