So I went through drive thru order my food then they told me to went in stall 1 while they get my food ready. When they bring me my food they missing half my order. I went back to the door and knocked because it was after hour and the lobby is close I understand they close bit as I stood there knocking all the employees and even the manager just stood there and look at me. After knocking for 3 while min the manager finally came and opened the door and told me the lobby is close, I told him I know the lobby is close but you guys only give me half my order. He told me that I shouldn't be knocking because there close. So I told him that this would of happened if he and his team do there job right, so as a manager he need to check all orders before they go out.

I have spent on the average of $10 a day on breakfast sometime for lunch well the other morning and bought a sausage egg McMuffin when I went back I ordered a pancake breakfast and asked if I could get a refill and manager there told me that I couldn't because he saw me getting the cup out of the garbage kit I felt so embarrassed I told him that I just bought a breakfast for 7.00 dollars he wanted to see the receipt so I showed him the receipt then then after that he gave me a refill which was very embarrassing maybe I look homeless or something but I'm not but he shouldn't treat people that way anyway

AWFUL SYSTEM! Stop pushing drive-thru cars ahead to the curbside pickup spots. Even small orders are told to move forward to park in front. HOWEVER, many of these spots are often occupied by DoorDash or UberEats drivers, which forces us drive-thru cars to park in a non-designed parking spot, which then makes it confusing for the worker to deliver food because they have to go to every car in the lot to find who made the order.Combine this issue with the fact that the parking lot is tiny, and the drive thru cars and cars entering the lot come in through the same areas, it creates tons of congestion and confusing.STOP telling drive thru cars to move forward!

Okay so I understand that my order was definitely not the most common. As I understand that we all have our opinion including myself on what some people order, there is one big difference. I don't laugh in there face and make them feel bad for what they ordered. I keep my opinion to myself or at least low so the customer doesn't feel insulted. Have gotten my order wrong once too often! Sure you're busy or training someone but rule number #1...get it right the first time because you won't get a second chance.

In my very own opinion I feel that the app has caused an unfair judgement if me and why I am a patron of McDonald's. I have waited upwards of 10 minutes for food, been given cold fries, and even given 9 nuggets!!!!!My thing is my simple complaints have caused me to be uninvited from 4561 e kings canyon Blvd. I am a disabled vet with a PTSD service dog, who temporary receiving medical care from the VA. Please tell me why the lies, I did NOTHING wrong. But I apologize for the cold, seemingly freezer burned fries, and my way of reacting, even as I wasted gas to turn around for a return/ refund. Your weakness is your app/ rewards.. No thanks, keep the cold rewards
