Literally the worst McDonald’s Went 12/21/25 and they were ahhh legit hate coming here but it’s the closest one.

LILY is so RUDE to customers. Why she act so mad at her job for. Did a curbside order but it was all parked so I went to the drive thru instead and told her my order number. She said, “NO you can’t get your order, you gotta go back to the curbside.” Like What?! Rude. Plus when you get your order they always “forgetting” or purposely not putting your items. + sauce. How stingy can you be. Overall not a good location. Different issues, same store. Date: December 19.

They refuse to honor free items presented on the app by telling you the code is wrong, codes already been used, they’ve been having problems with the app that day. Bunch of bologna with this location.

They’re constantly forgetting items you order and you won’t notice until you’re home , you order drive thru through mobile app and they tell you to park in curbside…. You order curbside and they tell you to go inside… what is the point of the app here?

No customer service, the manager on duty needs to be replaced I was waiting at the front counter to order and got so tired of waiting and having being ignored, I literally pulled up a chair and sat at the counter till someone finally took my order. The manager didn't stop by to apologize or anything, Lame this is my local McDonald's

Waited 45 minutes outside at curbside and had no one come out. I had to go in and ask and they finally had it but not all of it. We were still waiting on a coffee and they said that we had to wait even longer. They did not refund the items that we didn’t get. 45 minutes. That’s insane for them not to have everything ready.

Came for 2 happy meals to get the hello kitty×tmnt toys and the cashier at the speaker was very nice about me wanting to get 2 different toys. Food was alright, it's McDonald's lol 3 stars for food because they didn't give me any sauce for the nuggets when I asked for sweet & sour sauce at the speaker.
