They are very slow. Went thru the drive thru, had to sit in a stall and wait almost 20min. What's the point of going thru the drive thru? Not the greatest 1 in town

One of the worst locations to go to at night time, I placed a mobile order and they stated their system reset and could not make my order and this was around 3:25am. They’ve had one too many excuses, I had went to their location not once but several times around 10pm and they would tell me we’re not taking card or Apple Pay and only cash and that the card readers are down. I went to another location and was told if they keep asking for cash instead of using card or Apple Pay they are being lazy and don’t want to fulfill the order and that we should report them and that asking for cash they know people don’t carry cash nowadays and that they will leave.i just also placed a mobile order and same thing happen where they won’t fulfill my order because system is down now I have to request a refund.

If you go between the hours of 250am & 4 they close for system shutdown. But they claim to be 24 hours.

I only go for their breakfast sausage mcmuffin with egg & coffee. Everything else to me tastes gross. They hardly ever change their oil, so it makes their fake fries taste like burn chewy string. Their carboard meat burgers have gotten so small & expensive. It's just not worth it to me anymore. Service & atmosphere are fine it's just their food quality that's gone from bad to worse for me.
