Ordered chicken nuggets and a sandwich and asked for one ranch and was charged 25 cents, the lady watched me scramble around for 25 cents instead of just giving me the damn ranch ...these people act like the condiments come out of their checks. It's a shame. This is the only McDonald's that charges for sauce.

I ordered ahead of time for breakfast on the app drove there to pick up. the lady that was taking the order's had me wait and when she did help me.she said she couldn't proceed with my order because it was already 10:30 even tho I was there before 10:30. Asked for the manager she couldn't help either. So I just wasted my time and gas to drive to this place and end up with nothing.

I usually always come to this location because it’s near me , and breakfast is over at 11am on Sunday that’s what the location told me . I ordered online and I got a McGriddle , my fault I should have checked my order before leaving the drive thru but I didn’t think I had to check my order before leaving . They served me a McGriddle with a chicken patty in the middle

Manager on duty was not professional at all. When I asked her for extra condiments she simply said 25 cents, now I know some places do charge extra for condiments but I simply didn’t have any change on me to make the transaction when I said “oh I don’t have any change” she just rudely closed the window without saying anything. As a manager myself I know that customer service is very important. I would expect this type of behavior from a young employee but she was very well of age and a manager, for a multi million dollar company .25 shouldn’t be worth making anyone feel uncomfortable.
