My quarter pounder with cheese was raw my five year-old son was eating it. I called the store. Marissa answer very unprofessional. I explained the situation she had no sympathy or professionalism on how to handle the situation of refunding me my money please everybody be careful at this store because if I didn’t have proof of my receipt, she said she wouldn’t be able to refund me even though it shows all my debit card that I was there.

Tried using my app for one of the breakfast deals. Says it accepted my code but something happen on their end. Cashier asked me a diffent code but it had been used already so I couldn't get one. Says I cant get a new code for 15 min. I explain what the code was for and she says its a third party app so they cant do anything..She made no effort to try an fix it didn't call a manager to try and give the discount from the app. They need better training. Line wasn't packed either

As far as McDonald's goes it was solid. Milkshake machine was working so that's a positive. I still contend that their prices are too high for the service and product you receive.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while now but the last few times has been awful if we don’t check our bags something is either missing or made wrong! I ordered a spicy wrap and there was no sauce or cheese just chicken wrap and lettuce. They also forgot the 6pc nuggets in my daughter’s happy meal. I understand things happen when it’s busy but every time I go now it’s always something. The person placing the order is correct it’s whoever that’s making or packing the food.

Worst McDonalds. Asked if I can pay cash after waiting for them. A manager lady bagging orders held her hand up and said to wait. I waited waited waited waited. A crew member saw me I asked if I can pay cash it’ll take 1 minute she said wait and kept walking past me. Mind you there was only 7 orders on the screen. Rude employees.

I’m here at noon. I got a frappe and there having me sit in my car in parking lot for it. Been waiting almost 15 minutes for it! I had to go inside and I got ignored and it took forever! I’ve never had this happen before at this location that’s why I go here! The manager was very rude also and it wasn’t even my fault!
