All of the food was made incorrectly.... The cheeseburgers were supposed to have extra ketchup and extra onion, there was nothing but ketchup on the cheeseburgers. The spicy chicken sandwiches were made with regular chicken patties and there was missing a spicy chicken sandwich.

Ordered at 9:59pm last night for a curbside order they made me wait 25 minutes sitting there for ONE DRINK, they even asked what we were waiting for then never came back, by the 26th minute we went through the drive through and complained with a half ass apology like noooo you’re not sorry I ordered literally ONE THING their front doors were all locked too I don’t care about the apology it’s the blatant disregard of my time and why check on what I was waiting on if you’re just going to flat out ignore my order in general. I did get my drink the 27th minute of waiting which was literally 10:26pm. They did not offer me a single thing but an apology. This occurred Saturday November 21st from 9:59pm to 10:26pm, if whatever manager checks the cameras you can see they never brought my frappe until I got it at the drive thru

how do you charge almost $5 for fries that aren't even full every time. order online and the food takes forever, it's usually wrong, ask you if your the one that ordered the food, and ask what you got. crazy!!!!!

The guy in front of me waited for a long time. then I got in line and waited stood there and watched the manager on her phone texting. I'm not exaggerating probably around 15 minutes give or take a minute.
