We went through the drive thru when it was crazy busy and ordered 8 combos and a couple other single items. We only waited about 3 or 4 minutes for our order and not only was it hot, it was 100% correct, right down to the dipping sauce we requested. The absolute only thing I can complain about is we didn't get any napkins! Thanks 4190 West Ave. Team!!

Was rude when machine was updating. Second visit missing sauces for breakfast burritos. You have one job!

They were short handed and if they would have acknowledged that and not been short with customer, instead of customers having to wait 20 minutes for two iced coffees would have been a better outcome.

This McDonald's in particular could be a hit or miss the store isn't always open when it says it is but the employees are usually very nice and food is good!

If I have a pick up order for the drive thru & there is no one in line or behind me why are you telling me to go wait in the parking lot. Horrible & when they come to my car they have the food on a tray & so I go to grab the second bag, The lady hells at me not that one. Well you never said what was mine.

I ordered a hamburger happy meal with extra fries, a 4 piece nugget with honey mustard and two cookies with a large coke with extra ice through DoorDash. My food arrives and my coke has spilled all in my bag, my happy meal box is completely soaked and falling apart. I take my food out and realize my fries are missing, then I notice my honey mustard is missing. Then to top it off the two cookies I ordered weren’t even in the bag. So not only was my food soaked, they didn’t even fill my order correctly. I get that it’s 2am but I just got home from work and was trying to eat and relax and McDonald’s on Ashlan and west couldn’t even get my order THAT I PAID FOR right. Photo included to show the only stuff they gave me and all the soda spilled in my bag.

I believe this McDonald's has the lowest tax in Fresno. There is a playarea for the kids. The service and food are good. The only downfall is the homelessness in this area. The store at times could use some cleaning.

No salt on the fries ?? How's that possible 🤔 nuggets were all tough as if the were reheated in a microwave. And I had to stop getting breakfast here n we just go to the olive n 99 one cuz the burritos are actually filled and food seems better n less mistakes.

I pre ordered a couple of drinks. I waited longer than the 5 minutes than the app said. The person who brought them out was friendly. The coffee and soda i got were good.

Friendly and fast till last window and asked to park for order, 20 minutes later I got it. Fries are sucking from most McDonald's now.

Kid-friendliness: Careful outside, heavy traffic, keep kids close to you.

9 times out of 10, whenever I have gone through the drive thru to order ice cream or a milkshake or sundae, I'm told their machine is broken...

I recently visited the McDonald's location and unfortunately encountered a rather unpleasant experience. When I asked a staff member for her name, she refused to provide it, stating that she couldn’t share her name. While I understand that some employees may wish to maintain privacy, a simple name introduction is a basic part of customer service that fosters a welcoming environment.

I felt ignored and disrespected, which is not the kind of experience one expects from a well-known brand like McDonald's. It’s important for service staff to engage with customers positively, and this interaction left me feeling quite the opposite. I hope management can address this issue and reinforce the importance of friendly and open communication with patrons.
