I went to this location on a Friday night. It wasn't busy and per usual I went to the kiosk to place my order. I have the app so it gives me deals/discounts which come in handy. However when I was trying to redeem a "free large fry with any size drink" deal it wouldn't complete the process. I tried this several times before asking a employee if they could help me. The employee stated I could just place my order at the cash register. However when I went to use this deal at the register, the app told me I had to wait as it hadn't cleared the deal from the kiosk. The employee told me it wasn't a problem and rung me up for the deal and the rest of my order. Even gave me two large drinks instead of the small ones that come with the $5 meal deal which made my initial frustration turn into one of being thankful. This female employee (I believe she was a shift manager or crew leader), was kind, courteous, and professional. So even though I had a problem at first it turned into a good and pleasant experience/trip to this McDonald's. Goes to show how attitude and customer service can go a long way!

Stopped in for their value meal. Double cheeseburger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries, & a drink for $6 bucks
They also have the same with a chicken sandwich for $5:00
Given today’s prices a decent meal for the money even though the wimpy little burger they give you looks nothing like the picture

Manager was extremely rude! Made customer wait for an extended period when all the customer wanted was coffee. Gave my wife attitude when we asked to unlock the bathroom. Seems to be a problem these days. Fast food employees don’t even acknowledge customers in the dining area

Getting hella expensive. $10+ for 2 plain cheeseburgers, fries and a drink. 2 plain cheeseburgers.... Fries were just thrown in bag all over and 1 burger was 1/2 unwrapped. Fell out of paper when i took out of bag. Crazy how they get higher wages and put out worse product and service. Not happy.

Dec 24, 2024 around 11:30pm. Literally just got home and my daughter opened up her chicken nugget box, HUNGRY and excited to eat. Only to be disappointed with what seems to be a slob of cheese or some type of condiment. HOW in the world do you mess up this badly, ESPECIALLY on a happy meal for a child?! I advise everyone to please double check their order before pulling out of the drive thru, especially at this location. Terrible service! 😤😤

This McDonald's location can be so disappointing sometimes, especially if they have you park in a stall. I've sat in a stall both for drive thru and mobile orders, and they tend to completely forget that you're out there waiting for your food. We end up having to go inside to shake them down for our order.
