Wow just sat there for 11 minutes in the Drive-Thru finally had to back out of it because no one wanted to take my order but they sure had time for the minivan full of Bratz right next to me. Don't worry from now on I'll go to the Ingram store they can actually talk to two cars simultaneously

Went in yesterday night (10/3) to get food. Kiosk didn't print my receipt, no so happy attitude from the person who gave me my food, food was cold, unseason, very very little sauce on sandwiches and for nuggets. This was poor service i had in a awhile.

Very rude staff at this location. We were forced to order at the kiosk after being ignored at the register for 20 minutes. It didn't give us a receipt and we only had cash to pay with, but they didn't acknowledge our existence until we forced them to, and then acted like getting us salt and ketchup to go with our food we had FINALLY been able to pay for was putting them out! Took a total of 45 minutes to receive 2 simple meals and a Sundae. I wish there was another location close to me. I don't want to go back to this one!

Alll soda was disgusting!! Had to get a refund on it. Then the guy at the register couldn't figure out our order, which wasn't even that complicated. Horrible rude guy at the register. Tried blame us for his mistakes. Horrible. Don't go here!! Also didn't even have ice on either machine
