Very rude staff at this location. We were forced to order at the kiosk after being ignored at the register for 20 minutes. It didn't give us a receipt and we only had cash to pay with, but they didn't acknowledge our existence until we forced them to, and then acted like getting us salt and ketchup to go with our food we had FINALLY been able to pay for was putting them out! Took a total of 45 minutes to receive 2 simple meals and a Sundae. I wish there was another...

This is the best McDonald’s in Fresno Hands down anywhere else i go forgets my sauce napkins and is rude and Just unhelpful, However everytime i go to this location its fast the best service and always right. Good job on the night team.

I went to this location on a Friday night. It wasn't busy and per usual I went to the kiosk to place my order. I have the app so it gives me deals/discounts which come in handy. However when I was trying to redeem a "free large fry with any size drink" deal it wouldn't complete the process. I tried this several times before asking a employee if they could help me.
