Mobile app is letting people order from restaurant after it closes. Tries to get help with someone sweeping the floor and he just looked at me and shook his head and walked away. Terrible customer service.

Boy it was so hot! and guess what? the lines were long but went pretty fast until I had to stop the line to pay for the next lucky car behind me...But I think it was worthwhile for that Lucky car. Drive up cashier was Very Friendly, and The Hand out Employee who gave you your order also Very Friendly, Patient... Good Job.

McDonald’s lady Fabi lied and said I can only order by kiosks. I told her I was in a hurry & if she could take my order at the register and she said no they don’t take no orders at the registers inside at all. Ask her what happens when the system is down ?she said they’ll close the dining inside and you can only order at the drive-through .she was rude right at the beginning and all the way to the end of me ordering.she was still Ringing up people with cash at the register. I asked her didn’t make any sense. How can we only order at the kiosks but if you’re paying cash she’ll ring you up at the front register.. This is the very first time this has happened to me at McDonald’s if I needed help and I couldn’t do the kiosk they would ring me up at the register but this is the first time this has ever happen.Thanks for being rude Fabi McDonald’s on Cedar and Herndon

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but the mobile app will allow me to select a deal, then through the App presents me with a Mobile code. However, when I Say the verbal Mobile code to the drive-through attendant They cannot find the code and thus cannot push through the order. This has now happened Twice and with a hungry child in the car, this is hardly a mistake McDonald's can't afford to make at this time. With competitors directly across the street with identical deals and seamless integration It hardly makes sense that McDonald's would sacrifice Billions Shareholder Revenue Simply do to an algorithm Error. If you experience a lack of integrity with the Ronald McDonald Corporation, you are not alone. We won't be surprised when it affects your bottom line.
