This is one of the better McDonald's I've been to in Fresno. It's usually very clear inside. The staff is friendly, I've never had any problems with them. Everytime I ordered food it comes out hot and fresh.

Wow! The employees don't know how to check a mobile order and they shorted me on something that I paid for. Then argued with me and gave me a disconnected number to call. I'd give them a 0 if I could.

I usually don't have any issues with this location. Food is mostly fresh. Will follow most dietary request like no salt. The only thing is sometimes they dont run the same promotion because it's a franchise. Other than that, I have no problems with them. As far as the location, you can either turn in at the light or there is another entance (side street). SE corner of Herndon and Cedar. Plenty of parking.

I order from here WAY too much. Lol My mom is addicted to their sweet tea so I get 2, about every other day. I'm a QP with cheese xtra pickles & they never disappoint. The staff is always friendly and know what they're doing. I love this location.

The drive thru parking lot is too small. What is the point of a drive thru if you make everyone pull forward and wait for their food? They are just manipulating the drive thru time to look good. What a joke!!!

I wen through the drive through of this location this morning at 10:32 and was told they were no longer serving breakfast. I wanted a sausage egg McMuffin. I got up to the front and asked again to confirm what time they stop serving breakfast and was told 11 by another worker. Then the manager said no we stop at 10:30 but we can make those for you. I waited for my order just to open it and find folded gags not round eggs in my sausage McMuffin if I wanted folded eggs I would’ve ordered a McGriddle. This was pure laziness and I know this because I’ve worked at McDonald’s they intentionally put the wrong eggs because they didn’t want to go through the trouble of making a round egg. I’m very upset and upon calling there was no answer I’ll be going after work for a refund as I went on my break.
