Service is terrible takes so long to get my food out itd already cold. I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin with extra cheese and all they did was a Sausage mcmuffin with extra cheese . On top of this, I ordered on the kiosk and paid on my kiosk and I waited like 20 minutes for my very small order. I went up to them and asked them and they told me they can't do anything about it? I didn't get a recipient or anything. The worst mcdonalds out there. The staff is slow and the manager working in the morning wasnt helpful all she said was she couldnt do anything about it.

There were two girls working at 8:25 pm on October12 , 2025 , I kept on standing there for a long time and I called them many times , but these two girls kept on Ignoring me but when the another guy came she was there within a second on the counter, I used to come daily in this Macd but I’m never going to come here again ,
I bought food to eat and I wanted to use the bathroom but one of the workers said that it’s “Out of Service, because people just buy food to use the bathroom “ 🤷♂️ make that make sense !!

THEY ONLY HAVE 2 HANDI CAP PARCINGS THERE ICE CREAM MACHINE NEVER WORKS THEY GET ORDERS WRONG THERE WIFI IS SLOW AND THERE SWEET TEA AINT SO SWEET AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET THE 3ERD BURGER WE PAYED FOR.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a very simple meal, double cheese burger no onions a six piece chicken nuggets and a large sprite. Drove away with what tasted like old Squirt. When I got back to work there was a note “no onions” as always but when I opened up my wrapper there were little bits of onions, I investigated and there were onions under the second patty. I drove back very calmly asked for a different drink and advised they change the sprite. I only asked for a replacement burger as there were some onions (it happens I understand it’s a habit) the front cashier saw what I was pointing at, brought it back to the cook who proceeded to argue with me that there were no onions. Yet could not explain what the little pieces that looked like onions were. The manager came up and said there were no onions as well, she (the manager) proceeded to make me a remake. The “remake” was the smallest patties, drenched in mustard, with two top buns. Message to the owner, Please train your WHOLE staff over. I was very calm as I work in customer service and almost just left without my food because I was embarrassed.
