I walk up to the counter. There are five people standing around in the back. I waited for like 5 minutes before somebody came up to help me. I don't understand they're making $20 an hour, and nobody really wants to work. I do not like the new McDonald's concept. I like it how it was back in the day when people were at the counter ready to help you. When I finally got to order and got my food it wasn't even warm.

got a 40 piece and they charged me for sauce. not extra. .25 each one I got.
parking lot was messy trash strewn about. no trash can outside.

If I can leave a zero review, I would. Lady working customer service on Thursday 12:00PM shift, tried to cheat us on our food. Purposely not give us our entire order when she did the bagging and when confronted about it, all she said is “oh the receipt is faded, and it’s the ghetto, so you know I can’t read it.” Poor choice of words and very lazy for customer service. Receipt was printed bold and not faded. Seems like she tried to keep the food for herself. As someone who also work at a fast food and this is unacceptable. This place needs to train their employee better, especially with customer service.

So today is 11-18-24 it's was 10:39 am when I went to McDonald's what can I say I was not happy at all today I had a short Mexican lady manger yell at me in side of McDonald's because I did not want to used the screen to order because It was dirty and I know dam well thay don't wipe the ordering pad. I ask cashier if it was the manger and she told me yes all I know and hope the owner will see this and do something for his customers store # 13764

When we were ordering electronically in the store we wanted ice cream so I asked an employee if they had ice cream before we ordered she said no so we got something else, after they gave me a plain burger after I asked for lettuce and mayo on it I took it to the counter and saw sundae after sundae go through the drive through. When we finished our food I needed to use the restroom to wash my hands something I do every time I eat and ask if there’s a key and just get told no no bathroom. The divisadero mcdonalds up the street is 10x better NEVER go here!

Went there to get a little something to eat and decided to buy a homeless man something to the manager or assistant manager was rude I ask her if this was his order she looked at him and I don't know then asked can I buy just the boo bucket she said no I have to wait for lunch cause then only sell them with the happy meals I'll never go back

Couldn't get their story straight on refusal to allow customers to use the restroom. Sign on doors said "no public restroom." 1 employee then said it was for employees only. Another employee then said that they were broken. So, 1 was lying or both were? The food was good and order was complete.
