I asked them 3 different times if the order was right and they all said yes. Well as soon as I hop on the freeway, the order wasn't right. Its happened before there. Either they don't give a hoot or they dont know what the hell they're doing. Either reason is enough for me not to go over there anymore! I hate giving bad reviews, nit I dare anyone to go during 7-10 am and see the circus.

Ordered on the app , accidentally pressed pick up in store and not drive thru. Was unable to get off car , so when I went in drive they asked for the code and submitted as if I picked it up and still charged me although I told them to cancel it instead. Was charged for a meal I didn’t receive

The manager is very kind, welcoming and an excellent communicator. The food was prepared swiftly and atmosphere was civil and professional. Would definitely recommend choosing this location to eat and drink with your friends and family and making this your go to McDonald’s location if you wish for guaranteed contentment.
I’ve had to deal with the Drive Thru experience here. Firstly, it’s not the first time I’m waiting to get my order taken and there is no confirmation/Hello, then another car pulls up to the 2nd drive thru speaker & they get their order taken first. Ok cool, no biggie, I should be next right? WRONG, another car gets their order taken even though I’ve been waiting. I am screaming at the speaker thinking maybe it’s busted, so I then pull forward to just order at the window, the car behind then pulls up and IMMEDIATELY they freaking answered and took their order. This is not a great experience, I literally backed out into the other drive thru in order to leave. I was not gonna spend any more time, let alone my hard earned money on a place that treats their customers like this. I wouldn’t go at night time here, their service is getting worse & worse. Horrible, never coming back.

Rude behind the counter service(evening shift) and messes up your order.
Went to this location and made a very simple order. There was a man infront of our order picking up his. The attendant gave the man his order, and went back to get something else. The man began picking out of the bag and eating the fries, only to realize one of the fries ordered wasn’t his. When he notified the attendant, the attendant took the fries he had been eating out of and put them back on the line.
My girlfriend noticed this and when the attendant tried to give her the same fries the man had been eating from, she politely asked for a new set of untouched fries. Pretty reasonable, except the attendant had an attitude as if we were the ones making his life harder by asking for a sanitary experience. Pretty disgusting experience and behavior, would not trust this location!

I got the biscuits and gravy got one biscuit they still charge me full price of five something other stores have one biscuit for three something ask the lady at the counter and she said it's 5 something all the time doesn't matter wasn't too happy about it basically ripping people off charging too much for one biscuit and gravy and not that friendly

Did a take- out order of a 6 pc McNugget for my dranddaughter who paid me 21 cents to bring her one back. Got home and gave it to her no McNuggets! I know, I should have checked my order before I left. Now, the granddaughter is upset.
