I go get the food that they messed up a week before and figured just get dinner there so I get home missing an item and a cheeseburger had no patty or cheese. Obviously management is a joke this happens all the time at least 3 out of 5 times only keep going back cause it's less then a mile from my house but time to start going across the street or next door to in & out I know I won't have to go back for missing stuff

Went in for a quick oatmeal, pick me up, a Mcdonalds staple, always good. Ok, first there is No cashier, only self serve order kiosks. So a employee did come out to help me, cause I could not find it on menu, he told me Yes, we have oatmeal, then could not find it on kiosk, so then he Said, oh we don't have it. So I walked out. These people got to realize, people want to talk to people, to get there order!

As I went into the drive through to order food I had asked to order an ice cream and was told that they are not serving it at the time, I was ok with the fact that the machine was down, as we go to get our drinks and food the person asks me for my receipt that was not given to me and does not know my order so he asks me for the order again and then makes me go to the second window to wait. as I am waiting one of the employees is walking out with a fresh chocolate sundae and the girl brings me the food so I ask her about it and she smirks almost about to laugh about it, I tell her you lying to me? And she continues to laugh and closes the window and leaves, damn not a fan of that 1 star just for lying to my face thanks….
Food was fine.But drive-thru needs more clarity as there are two spots to park and two pickup windows... As someone stopping in for the first time I had no idea where to pull up. I guess I got it right because I did get my food after a long wait, but the girl that handed me my receipt should have been more vocal on where to go, instead of slamming the window shut as soon as I got my receipt.

What else can you say about this place?? I mean the food is just ok, nothing to really impress you about, but when you have this as you only option and fast then it's fine, just to keep you full, the service is what really makes me come and try different locations, this one in particular have a great customer service, it sounds genuine when they greet you. So overall, I could see myself coming back.

Bagels are back and it was very good. Wife got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and said it taste better than the other locations from our area. Friendly staff as well. Drive through was fast.

Avoid this Mcdonalds at all costs, every single delivery order i have made its wrong, they forget french fries, sauces, for nuggets, they make the coffee so sweet its undrinkable, its like they do it on purpose, how do u forget french fries?
