The Deluxe McCrispy I ordered was a complete disappointment. The chicken patty was dry and burnt, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. Definitely not a good experience.

I don't know what happened but the food sucked. I don't if they changed oil for the fries, but they had a weird taste to them. And the cheeseburger wasn't that great.

Do not go to this McDonald's, I kid you not every time I've had to go here for a quick bit they miss a item. And it's not like I'm ordering the whole menu either, 90% of the time I literally only order two things. It shouldn't be this hard to remember TWO THINGS.

Dog cheeks service, I ordered the Minecraft meal online and waited the usual around 10-20 minutes. After a while one of the employees came out with my order. Missing both the Minecraft toy and the box itself, unhappy that I was paying almost fourteen dollars for a ten piece and medium fries with the drink I managed to get a refund. Apparently they had flyers around the restaurant wording they were OUT on the adult Minecraft meals, when online it said they clearly had them. They ended up missing my sauces as well.
Everything that we asked for they did not have we asked for the shamrock shake no ice cream products of any kind and it seemed like anything that a customer would even be going there for was not available. Disappointed and bummed as anyways. McDonald's rules. Not.

The worst customer service ever go somewhere else. The girl helping outside with the orders was rude and ignored me like I wasn’t there after I told her where’s my order. I’ve been waiting here forever. She comes out and still did not give me my full order. She took my receipt and you still didn’t get that shit right! 🤦♀️

Every time I go through drive thru, they always direct me to park at curbside pickup. It takes a while for them to get orders out.

This McDonalds is the slowest one in Fresno. I've waited 35 minutes for a happy meal, my family members have waited 30+ minutes for a basic burger. It's slow and forgetful. You wait so long you don't even want to go in and have your order fixed you just give up and go home. Take your hungry kids somewhere quicker.
