Used my McDonald's App for a buy one get one free big mac. It gave me the code. Went to drive through window and they said it didn't register in there system. They couldnt figure it out. A manager told me it was a third part app, and they can't help me. Really? You guys could've easily charged me for one big mac and gave me another one for free. But they didn't. I'll never go there again.

I order through drive through and their drieve through teller Sidel her machine scammed my debit card and someone charged over 400 dollars on Walmart. Com. Don't go there ever or at least not drive thru.

Never have I been to this McDonald’s and not it was the worst experience ever in my life. Needs new management that can handle their emotions and attitudes towards their customers. If I could leave no stars I would. Never would go here again.

Buyer beware. Check your order carefully before leaving. I went through the drive through this morning. Everything seemed fine. People were friendly, service was quick, and the bag I received looked right. I usually check before driving off, but was in a hurry. I didn't notice they had failed to include my two hash browns that I paid for until I was home. I didn't have time to return to make the order correct, so I tried calling the number on my receipt. It said the person I was calling did not have a voicemail set up yet. I called again and reached Laura and explained that I wanted to have the amount I paid for food not received refunded to my card. I have done this with other restaurants with no issue.Laura said I could come by and pick up my hashbrowns later. I said that wasn't an option for me and asked again for a refund. She again tried to get me to return to get the missing food. I asked for the manager. She brought someone into the conversation who stayed off the phone. She translated my story in Spanish to the person who repeated her suggestions for resolution. I said I want my money back, and that didn't seem like an option. I said that if I couldn't resolve the matter, I would dispute the charge with my bank. Laura told the person and told me "she says that is fine. We won't fight it." I am frustrated. I don't think I should have to pay for items not received and I shouldn't have to go through the process of disputing the charge with my bank to make it right, but I will. It seems silly to me that such a large corporation doesn't have an automatic or even automated refund option. I mean everything else there is automated...The rest of the order was received and was perfectly fine. No complaints about food quality. Just terrible customer service and no resolution to a customer problem. Long story short...check your order CAREFULLY before driving away.
