Doesn't give out refills which is absurd. Every other McDonald's gives refills but not this one? Literally costs them pennies. Avoid this franchise at all costs.

Ordered a snack wrap from here and was given raw chicken!! The manager didn't bother to come apologize. I got very sick(I am pregnant) Ias nauseous and vomiting for days after. Just the thought if it now still makes me gag. I called and called to speak to someone but they never answer their phone. Simply now coming here anymore.

Not open 24 hours like it says now i have to drive back across town just to get dinner after a 12hr shift, really disappointing i could’ve went somewhere else to get food. This is by my house but i will not come here again with false advertisement

Nice and quick with serving the food. The McChickens are my favorite, although they can sometimes be a bit messy with the distribution of the mayonnaise oozing out the sides where you’re holding it. Nice and hot to the touch, always a good thing. Nice and crispy, not too dry, but not too moist. Definitely would recommend, McChickens are buy one get one half off, great way to feed a family of six for no more than $20.

Their is food is okay, but their coke doesn't taste rite. The syrup is off. This happens everytime I have gone. I also got a diet coke one time, when I asked for a regular one.

I got a combo with a large drink. When i got my order, my friends we were shocked at the huge amount of ice they filled my cup with. Like the drink was 90% ice and 10% soda. So i went back to the cashier to tell them to have them make me the same drink just with “less ice please,” she (or maybe manager idk) said “no refills” and they charge extra for refills. I feel like they were trying to “save” cost. So they just filled my cup mostly ice with tiny amount of soda. And then they charge you for refills. Won’t be ordering from here anymore. There’s literally McDonalds everywhere that provides way better service.
No refills. Locked restrooms. They short fill drinks on their fully automatic drink and manually pour from a cup more ice to look full. Scam penny pinching

WORST place in fresno! There were two bad experiences that made me never come back here. First experience, I drove here about 20 to 15 min before closing time, to order drive thru. There was another car/ customer in front of me in drive-thru. But then that car/ customer just drove off. When I drove up to the microphone to order, i can HEAR staffs inside the restaurant through the mic, but they just ignored me and never took my order!? (I assume this is wat happened to the car in front of me). Like the staffs were trying to hide the fact that there are staffs in the restaurant! And we waited for 10 min and the staffs in there still ignored me. I drove off just like the car/customer in front of me in the drive thru. Wasted my time when i was there 20 min before their closing time.
