This is the second time they charge me for water and put it on my receipt as 2 large sweet tea stating Large water are a dollar but charged me 3$ Employees were acting weird when I asked for a receipt they said it wasent working but when I told him again I need my receipt supposedly it worked! They are scamming when you use your card so be careful at this location!I will be taking further action concerning this matter! This restaurant is not corporate but I will be getting in touch of who is in charge since I called twice and got to different stories manager Emily said now we charge for large and medium so what is true McDonalds I think you’re employee are over charging I got a receipt to prove it,I have never been charged for water at any McDonald’s in my life!!!

The hash brown was very icy.Sometimes they take a while to serve people.It has improved in that they bring your order to your table, before they didn't.There is no sugar, salt, napkins, sauce, etc. available, you have to ask for them and they don't turn around to see you.They are not aware of what is inside, they focus a lot on the Drive Thru.

The worker at the window stacked the hash brown bag on top of 3 orders of hotcakes.. they fell out when she handed me the bag and did not want to replace the food. It was literally 3 hash browns and she said "since it's over $10 there's nothing we can do, you're gonna have to pay to get new ones".At the end I got TWO of my hash browns back((:This location is the worst McDonald's I've ever been at and that's saying a lot.

Quick and easy. Asked the right question, however, didn't deliver on what they asked. I didn't get bbq sauce. My bad for not checking as I drove away.
Pulled up for a 3 shakes. They took my order and I pulled up to the window. When we got to the window they said they only have ice cream. So we ordered the same kind. Then they said they only have vanilla. We canceled our order and left, after waiting in a huge line. I always have problems with this location. I likely won't be going back.

We placed an order via the app for curbside pickup. The young lady that brought our food out seemed melancholy. I said good morning and thanked her for bring out our food, she for reals just handed it to us and didn’t say a word. I didn’t need a conversation, but learn about polite customer service would be nice.,The steak and egg bagels were super greasy. As soon as we opened them, grease we dipping off them. We had them last week from the Marks/Herndon location they were not like that. They were really good.Also had hashbrowns that were gross. They were soggy as hell. Seemed like they had been cooked in oil that was not hot enough. Just disgusting.Even the mochas we had tasted off. Something is going on with this location. Spent a lot of money here for horrible food. We remembered why we stopped going to this location. And that sucks as it’s closer to our house than the Marks location.

One of the worst costumer service and the manager she does like a lot of racism she use to talk rudely to the costumers and though to the employees too ..she is very rude and the food served is cold worst ever experience.I was keep looking at the employees she use to yell at them looks like she treat them as servants ..worst experience

I swear it never ceases to amaze me on how pathetic a multi billion dollar company can be. As the hours go by McDonalds and its work force get stupider. Disgusting to think that some of the laziest workers are about to get paid $20 hr starting. In my rant for today. I purchased my whole family food through the app which states this location is open via drive thru until 11pm. I spend my real hard earned money only to show up and the store be closed. The closing leader sees me in the drive thru and just yells we are closed even though i am flashing a mobile order in my hand. No apologies no explanation on how to get my money back. Nothing. As i pull out of the drive through i see another frustrated client whom just experienced the same situation as me. I am now out of my hard earned money but the $20 hr associate is getting paid closing the business ahead of schedule. This locations work hours were also validated on Google and i dont want to hear any excuses that its the holidays because we all know a company as large as McDonald's has teams to adjust that on the fly just like every other major American company. This is 100% Location leadership failure. Enjoy your $20 hr while myself and a patron are out of ours. Feels like i got robbed.
