They 4got 🍎 slices from happy meal & the MEAT on 1 of my 🍔! Who forget the meat!!. Spoke to Mngr GRACE who took my name and stated come back in anytime to have items replaced. 4 days later CAME BACK & asked for MNGR GRACE Who was not at work but was called and states she has no knowledge of this! Another worker advised you can wait for her Who will be in, in about 15 minutes. Waited nothing, asked a second manager who stated the be in about and hour! I was not about to wait on these incompetent people. Until one lady stepped up to the current manager and told her, it's not his fault, he also has manager name, give him his missing items. I didn't get her name but thank you!!!!! Mystery lady, she should be the manager!!!

At 8am this morning. The worker made it very complicated for me to pay. She took other peoples orders and had the Apple Pay stick far down my arm couldn’t reach. I kept telling her and she told the other customers “sorry say that again?” So rude. Takes a second for me to pay. She needs to make sure to make eye contact with the customers. Good is good. She needs to work on her customer service skills.

I recently visited McDonald's and ordered a cheeseburger happy meal, but unfortunately, they forgot to include the MEAT!!! It was quite disappointing as my son was really looking forward to it. I hope this issue can be addressed! Overall, I would appreciate better attention to orders in the future.

The indoor service is terrible and takes forever to get help. Having to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to get you napkins or a refill. There are some very good employees, but when they aren't there it's very hard to get help.

worse mcdonalds I've ever been to. Got my order completely wrong and wouldn't fix it.
We have been coming to this McDonald's for a year for visits with my grandson. The staff has been great. Never ask us to leave . We allowed to play board games. Today my daughter and her son able to paint a skull. It was awesome. Being in a transitions fir daughter to get her son. It is very appreciated to have a safe place for visits. Thank you.
