I’ve been waiting at the pick up for almost an hour and everyone else got their orders already I get that their busy but that should be the case of getting everyone else orders done before mines when I was waiting here before everybody else. It’s really upsetting I should be getting comped for all my orders. The only person who noticed I was waiting for awhile was the lady who came out and asked me about it and finally took my receipt in. So thanks to her. Over all really upset

Went through the drive-thru and was able to get in an additional order at the window due to being the 3rd car in line. Their fries arent as fresh and hot as I would like which is why I gave it 4 stars, but other than that, they got my order correct, this time.
After making a mobile order and getting it through curbside at 12:07 am we waited till 12:30 almost even though I got a notification that at 12:13 it was coming on its way ! Lies could’ve at least told us the pies were needed to be heated up and we’re gonna take a awhile , and then to make matters worst when we got home I’m missing half of the nuggets of 20 piece ughhh mas me empute!

I just went through the drive thru I got there at 4:58 I did not get my food until 5:20. There was so many cars parked and when I did get my food the fries were brown and old. The service should be better and faster especially if they get more money. You want us to park but take forever and it's not fresh. They really need to do better that is not good service at all.
I went to McDonald’s through the drive-through. I use my code. They took the code and then they said it went through then the machine messed up and I asked the manager if she can fix it and she was giving me attitude and being rude about it and then I asked to speak to a different manager. She said she was the only manager there there should’ve been 2 to 3 managers at least and then she was kept shaking her head. it’s not my fault she’s short staff and she never fixed it the time was around 7:15 to 7:20pm
